It definitely cuts down on manual data entry mistakes. It handles massive volumes of vendor data and contracts without breaking a sweat. It’s built for big, complex organizations, and it shows. > > **Inconvénients**: It feels like you're using software from 15 years ago. Getting new hires up to speed takes way longer than it should because absolutely nothing is intuitive out of the box. > > Nobody buys SAP Ariba because it's fun or easy to use. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do for contract management, compliance, and large-scale invoicing. But as a daily user, the experience can be frustrating.
