Avantages:

Les faits qu'elle réunit dans son sein plusieurs fonctionnalités de gestion des entreprises, le faite que l'on peut accéder aux données peut importe le lieu, les mise à jour régulière

Inconvénients:

Complexe pour la personnalisation où la présence d'un développeur serait nécessaire, un grand décalage des réponses de assistance client lors des problèmes liés à l'utilisation

Un logiciel incomparable

Avantages:

NetSuite est un logiciel très facile d'utilisation et très efficace. Il me permet la gestion des clients au sein de notre entreprise, il nous a beaucoup permis de gérer la chaîne logistique ainsi que la gestion des achats. Il présente des fonctionnalités très remarquables sans quoi nous ne pouvons pas en tirer profit comme c'est le cas à présent.

Inconvénients:

NetSuite est un outil très complet, fiable et intégrable. Seulement que son tarif est très élevé.

Très complet et pratique pour la comptabilité. De nombreux modules et fonctionnalités sont présents pour nos différents besoins.

Inconvénients:

Le prix reste assez élevé mais le service proposé est cependant très bon.

J'ai apprécié la flexibilité et la personnalisation de la plateforme, qui m'a permis de gérer plusieurs aspects de leur entreprise, tels que les finances, la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les relations avec les clients, depuis un seul endroit. La fonctionnalité de reporting et d'analyse de données de NetSuite, qui fournit des informations importantes pour la prise de décisions commerciales.

Inconvénients:

Temps de réponse lents du système et des difficultés à naviguer dans l'interface utilisateur

Avantages:

J'apprécie énormément la facilité d'utilisation et de prise en main.Les différentes secteurs métiers de l'entreprise on rapidement pris la main sans difficulté.

Inconvénients:

Le seul bémol reste le prix, car pour les PME et TPE, il faut revoir le prix.Je recommande les entreprises ayant la possibilité d'acquérir cet outil de ne pas hésiter, personnellement c'est chic.

You can do the IT admin tasks yourself if your relatively tech savy. Integrates with most softwares.

Inconvénients:

Nothing yet. Its perfect for Sass. Custom reporting can be difficult to start.

Commentaires: We have had a great experience with NetSuite. Initially, the learning curve was steep, but as we familiarized ourselves with the system and spent time with the LCS pass and the support team learning the intricacies of the platform, we are able to self-direct most new initiatives on the platform and have better visibility into our project profitability and company performance than we have ever had before.

Avantages:

NetSuite allowed our business to reevaluate process and streamline existing ones, while serving as a single location to house our financial, banking, and CRM data.

Inconvénients:

Our implementation process was messy, but we got on the right track early and have worked with our ACS optimize team to make the product the best it can be.

Commentaires: If it were my decision I would move to a more flexible system like Intacct of Blackline. NetSuite has been really challenging at best.

Avantages:

The ability to do everything in one platform.

Inconvénients:

Integration is tedious and expensive. It can be very clunky in that its not intuitive and user friendly. It appears the product was created by programmers with not the input of the needs of accountants. Some of the basic statement you would expect to see in any accounting system is not available. You need a full time consultant to be successful which is frustrating.

A Good Transition is driven by an Implementation Team that knows what they are doing.

Commentaires: The Implementation Team had great expertise guiding us through each step. It shows that they have done this many times and they were able to make us feel comfortable ahead of the transition.

The Transition was incredibly smooth... We made all sorts of contingency plans and we did not have to execute any

The Education Team was not well synchronized with the implementation team.

Commentaires: It is doing the job of supporting our business growth, but it needs refinement out of the box and better speed.

Easiness to expand and integrate with other solutions.

Performance. User interface can be slow when scripts and validations are needed. Inventory valuation as well due to volume of data.

Commentaires: I have used Netsuite since about Jan 2025 and have seen a more efficient close process, better processes, and increase in transparency/ability to review.

Avantages:

I like the broad functionality of Netsuite and the ability to see everything in one place, with links to other related transactions.

Inconvénients:

The reporting customization is a little bit difficult. It would be nice if Netsuite had standard financial reports that you can drill down on.

Commentaires: My overall experience with NetSuite so far has been quite interesting as I feel the need to know more about the application. There are functions on the platform that make a lot of the operational workload easier especially when it comes to reports. Review on NS from an admin perspective

Commentaires: Overall experience from 4 + years using NS compared to other experience of ERP systems is positive

Avantages:

Customable reporting, easy configurable custom fields and modifying forms for different records

Inconvénients:

From an admin perspective, customizing WF is not user friendly and is limited. Which forces us in some cases to use suite scripts to overcome issues. Creating suite scripts requires development knowledge, i.e. Java script and knowledge of Suite Script configuration. Since this is not accessible to all organization inhouse, this requires using a certified 3rd part vendor which is both time consuming and costly.
