En savoir plus sur NetSuite
NetSuite : numéro un mondial de l’ERP sur le cloud, vous offre la visibilité et le contrôle nécessaires pour prendre vos décisions et vous développer en confiance.
Netsuite is fairly intuitive for being such a complex system. I also really love the Sandbox capability.
We also had some questionable customer service with our initial rep at one point (in regards to scheduling/cancelling appointments on us).

Has bugs for such a powerful, expensive program
Denis
Très bon logiciel de gestion
Avantages:

With NetSuite, we'll be able to expand our business
Commentaires: I highly recommend NetSuite. It provides everything a manufacturer, no matter how big or little, might want. With NetSuite, we have room to expand as we progress. We're currently still using manual stock counts but are making moves toward a barcode scanning system.
Avantages:
Our firm outgrew QuickBooks, which was the business challenge that NetSuite addressed. Consequently, we are currently focused on becoming proficient in NetSuite as soon as possible. As a result, I am spending a lot of time teaching and creating systems for use by other salespeople.
Inconvénients:
Estimating the cost of an assembly by looking only at the BOM. The most up-to-date information must be calculated and made available. It's simple to figure out the gross margin. Our earnings are based on a margin, and the numbers shift during the day.

Effective Cloud-Hosted ERP
Commentaires: As part of our investment/integration approach, we have moved several businesses from QuickBooks to NetSuite. This is equivalent of going from mom-and-pop to professional-level accounting/reporting. We're very happy to have made the switch, and we expect to bring other of our businesses abroad the platform as a means of standardizing our accounting practices groupwide.
Avantages:
Relative to other softwares, NetSuite is easy to implement and learn for non-technical users. Our businesses use NetSuite for a variety of accounting and finance tasks, and across-the-board our staffs have been able to pick up the tools and, in some cases, master them quickly with even just a little user acceptance testing.
Inconvénients:
NetSuite needs a UI upgrade -- it was clearly developed in the late 90s/early 2000s. UI tech has advanced considerably, and some implementation of modern techniques would help improve the product. Our main complaint w/r/t NetSuite is the lack of very good implementation and development support. Lastly, there are some surprising gaps in the software; for example, there is no native functionality for approving changes to vendor bank details, an area of high fraud risk. We have developed our own solution, but we would have expected some native functionlaity for that, given the risk.

Commentaires: Overall, not a pleasant experience. We have now hired a third-party consultant (even more $$) to help us rectify mistakes made during initial implementation.
Avantages:
The CRM module is great! We can track potential customers from the suspect stage to fully qualified customers with a signed contract.
Inconvénients:
This is an Oracle backed product and as a result, the backend database is ridiculously hard to use for analytical reporting. Oracle is not inclined to share a data map for its clients.

Limited QuickBooks Journey to Robust NetSuite
Avantages:
We have investments in various business arenas (Hospitality, Restaurant, Aviation, Real Estate, Ranches, Home office) and some are intercompany, others are not, but require combined statements. NetSuite allows us to set up the subsidiaries with the proper rollups and consolidation/eliminations, while providing the drilldown process to reconcile any differences, if needed. Moving to NetSuite enabled us to enhance the previous business processes and create process efficiencies/ financial transparencies.
Inconvénients:
Integration with the previous business processes was difficult, not due to NetSuite, but the lack of standardization/harmonization of data management, Chart of accounts. i have a short list of issues that have been brought to my attention from the users, but these result from the fact we look at 130 plus subsidiaries in one report and the first column with the GL account reference does not freeze, like in an Excel worksheet (solution = download data into a worksheet).

NetSuite automated many operations to save time
Commentaires: Our company's inventory management and warehouse allocations have previously been quite manual; however, with the implementation of NetSuite, these processes will be greatly automated, allowing for much more rapid inventory management.
Avantages:
By consolidating your accounting in NetSuite, you can speed up your closure procedures and create reports with less effort. It's also the ideal choice for integrating with other SaaS products for niche financial needs.
Inconvénients:
Some more recent modules are "incomplete," meaning they lack necessary but minor features. In some cases, these problems may have been avoided with the aid of reverse process flow diagrams.

MJFF Review
Commentaires: We're still quite new to NetSuite with a December 2021 go-live, but from what we've seen it's been a great improvement to our previous ERP solution and we've been able to grow into it. We believe it will continue to be useful as our organization scales in size.
Avantages:
Saved Searches are quite helpful in customizing data information and how it's seen accross the organization. Lots of additional customazation to help with revenue reconciliation between NetSuite and Salesforce.
Inconvénients:
The bank reconciliation process could be easier. Allow for "all" selection on the bank statement side would be extremely helpful for multiple rows of the same deposit type.

Flexible ERP for mid-size busines
Commentaires: NetSuite provides an excellent platform for companies looking to streamline their financial and business operations. I have had a great experience using the platform and it has improved efficiency in our organization.
Avantages:
NetSuite is an exceptional business tool that provides an array of integrated resources to manage my entire organization. Its user friendly interface made it easy for me to navigate the system quickly and efficiently.
Inconvénients:
One downside of NetSuite is its cost and complexity. There is a steep learning curve for new users and the cost can be prohibitive for some businesses.

Great ERP system
Commentaires: I use Oracle NetSuite to make purchase orders and vendor bills. Everything is working perfectly without problems.
Avantages:
It has a lot of helpful features that helps any business to be automated. I like the supply chain and the flexibility of making purchase orders and vendor bills. Also, I like the connectivity between POs and bills with inventory receiving.

Extremely robust and customizable, yet archaic, poor interface, and too expensive.
Avantages:
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove. Integration apps, along with native functionality of workflows can put your business in a “semi-autopilot mode.” Practically limitless reporting capabilities. You can manage almost every aspect of the your organization while enforcing internal controls and monitoring employees with full visibility. I would recommend for enterprises with no less than 8M in sales and with at least 8 or more users to leverage the full functionality of this role-based system. Netsuite is built to fit the needs of each role within your organization, from the sales rep and warehouse manager to the A/R clerk and controller.
Inconvénients:
Nasty corporate culture. No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs. Nightmarish implementation that Netsuite outsources to foreign “professional” services that know pretty much the same as you would do from the get go. They barely speak English—incorrect setup caused us much lost revenues and frustrated, burned-out employees. Never believe Netsuite reps who say implementation can be done in 3 months. Be prepared to spend a hundreds of hours to understand the software - it is not always intuitive. Plan comprehensive employee training. You will most likelly need a full time administrator to support users due to the high learning curve. As a retail and distribution company that grew out of Quick Books Desktop, Netsuite was apparently the the next solution. Although I still believe the software has much to offer, user interface is about 10 years behind time. My dream is that super user-friendly QuickBooks Online launches an Enterprise version one day.

NetSuite Review
Commentaires: NetSuite has served as well as a full-feature ERP system. We can manage many aspects of our business all in one system including managing projects, recording timesheets, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, internal case support, CRM, and more. I feel that NetSuite is much easier to learn and more intuitive than other systems, but it still requires time to set the system up for a company's individual needs. NetSuite is set up for wide-ranging customizations, but in many cases these customizations are necessary to get the full benefit of the program. Our time investments in NetSuite have paid off, but the program definitely requires a lot of love to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Avantages:
I really like the user-friendly appearance of NetSuite, especially compared to other older systems. I think the appearance makes NetSuite inviting and accessible. In general, the program is easy to learn, and NetSuite does multiple updates every year to add to the features.
Inconvénients:
There are times where it feels like features are inexplicably absent from NetSuite. Users have the ability to submit enhancement requests, but it can take years before these are implemented. Additionally, tech support can be hit and miss on providing effective solutions to problems.

Don't Use NetSuite
Commentaires: Implementation was a nightmare. During Go Live, they lost us tens of thousands of dollars by deleting dozens of sales by accident. Every aspect of it is not user friendly and requires extensive coding knowledge. It is completely the wrong choice for smaller businesses.
Avantages:
They sold it really well and their sales team was very enthusiastic and engaging.
Inconvénients:
It is absolutely a nightmare to implement. It is way too complicated to function well. You need to be a developer to be able to do even the most basic augmentations. You might as well just build your own system from the ground up and save yourself the expensive NetSuite bill. The cost is huge and you can't make adjustments to licenses without long contracts. Despite their claims they don't know anything about integrating with other systems like Shopify via connectors like Celigo or FarApp. The integration team will not help you avoid even common pitfalls. The user interface is, despite their claims, woefully not intuitive or easy to use for average computer savvy individuals. You cannot easily make or adjust print or email templates and their WYSIWYG editor is garbage. The shipping component of it is far less powerful and customizable than many other shipping softwares like ShipStation. Their manufacturing processes are not customizable enough and don't account for realistic manufacturing challenges. You will absolutely end up doing way more steps for not much gain, making it very inefficient to operate. Their "support" is very limited and after you are past your support phase, help is non-existent unless your entire system is down. They are not appropriate at all for small to medium size businesses (despite their claims) and should only be used if you have an entire IT team that could probably just code a custom system for you anyway. Absolutely would not recommend!

100% Cloud Based Solution from the start
Commentaires: Great overall experience with the software. We have found it to be easy to use, its configurable to meet our needs and a solution we can grow with. Overall good value, reasonably low cost feature rich completely cloud based ERP system.
Avantages:
Product is completely cloud based and easy to use. Updates to software are automatic and painless. Do not need an IT Staff to support it. We've been using for 8 years and haven't needed any dedicated full-time IT staff. Features are rich and it is highly customizable to meet your company's needs.
Inconvénients:
Owned by Oracle now. Cost keeps increasing.

Powerful ERP software
Commentaires: This software has helped our business tremendously with efficiency and analysis. We've used this software for 8 years and we are still learning & implementing new features. Tt's a very robust system.
Avantages:
All in one database that meets the needs of many size businesses. Allows for extensive customizations and scripting. Integrates with many 3rd party systems.
Inconvénients:
Net Suite has become a very large company with many different departments. It has lost that start up and cutting edge technology vibe. Getting quick and effective support can be hard due to the many layers of project managers, account managers, and departments. A cloud based UI can be slow at times.
Cody
#1 ERP After Evaluating Many
Commentaires: Very positive, I personally hope to only use NetSuite going forward, as the new releases continue to iterate on features and gets better each year.
Avantages:
I have implemented NetSuite at 2 companies, as well as participated in a redesign. In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic. I especially like the ability to connect nearly any software to NetSuite via bundles and APIs. We have integrated most of our softwares such as ADP, Salesforce, Databricks, etc. into NetSuite to form a tight web.
Inconvénients:
NetSuite is not particularly intuitive for first-time users, and I have seen many companies implement it incorrectly due to just not understanding what to do. Because it is so highly customizable, this can be a downside for companies that become fatigued by too many decisions and possibilities. A company desiring a complete out-of-the-box ERP may be better served elsewhere.

Very Expensive ERP System
Commentaires: Overall experience was okay but unfortunately we had to stop using it because of the poor product support in relation to the hefty expenses we were incurring.
Avantages:
NetSuite has everything that Business needs to operate and all of it's modules are well integrated. Reporting system also works like a charm
Inconvénients:

Integrated Cloud based software simplifies overall control of company
Avantages:
The fact that you always have access to all your information and that it is always current. Do not have to worry about the security of my information. System is updated on an ongoing basis. Integrated ERP and CRM. Everyone in the company has access to information regarding their area of responsibility.

Always running into issues
Commentaires: Negative. Rather than reduce the workload at the company, it seems to have mostly increased that workload and shifted it to other departments.
Avantages:
I like having a cloud-based database where I can look up inventory and pricing and billing history information. (When those features actually work.)
Inconvénients:
They've never been able to complete a successful integration between NetSuite and our eCommerce web store (though one of their approved vendors managed to spend an entire year and a LOT of money building a connection that has never worked). As a result, our finance team still has to enter all of the data manually on a monthly basis. It's also been inflexible when entering large sales orders for invoicing into the system. Each line has to be entered manually, which takes a lot of extra time.

Powerful ERP
Commentaires: It is a very powerful ERP, especially its purchasing and inventory management modules and make work much easier and efficient. It allows you to connect in any device in any network. Overall I've had a great experience with NetSuite and I wish more companies used it.
Avantages:
The most important reason why we switched to NetSuite is that it allows you to access in any computer, anywhere, without having to be connected to the organization's network. This allows you to get work done at home, when needed. It has a lot of logistics modules based on your needs, like financials, human resources, manufacturing management, inventory, management, sales, management and purchasing management, among others. For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors
Inconvénients:
Modules are restricted to different areas within the organization but sometimes you need a function or tool from a module you don't have access to. In this case, you have to contact the administrator and ask for permission, making the process a bit tedious. Reports' designs could be slightly better and allow more customization.
Brett
Overrated and overpriced, not user friendly, raises price 10% each year
Commentaires: Just read above. This software is overpriced trash. I haven't heard good things about their competitors either, but I would rule out NetSuite if an implementation was tasked to me. I get frustrated with this software at least once a day, even after all these years. The lack of common sense and easy to implement things is everywhere in this software. The UI requires clicks through to many pages to accomplish a simple task. I cannot discourage companies enough not to choose NetSuite.
Avantages:
It's in the cloud and there are a lot of third party integrations that facilitate its usage and remedy some shortcomings.
Inconvénients:
This software is not easy to use. Creating a report or saved search takes an expert level knowledge to do and a lot of free time. Their how-tos and help guides are scattered and only show up non-relevant information. Access to a learning library requires purchasing licenses for each user at a cost of over 5 digits or more. First party add-on modules are NEVER fixed for bugs - things like sorting by name only sort the current page and not the entire population - report to NS and I hear crickets. DO NOT BUY FIRST PARTY MODULES - ONLY BUY THIRD PARTY MODULES THAT INTEGRATE WITH NETSUITE IF YOU MUST. Lastly, they will try to find a way to raise your price about 10% every year because they know the barriers to exit are too high.
Eduardo
An extensive system that needs to be onboarded correctly
Commentaires: NetSuite's user accounts and permissions make it easy to keep track of who has access to which information. When we look at a transaction's history, we can see the dates and usernames of the persons who made changes to it. When a transaction is made available for usage in the real world, the number of persons who must authorize it can be reduced. This is an excellent training aid. These measures have slashed our time and effort significantly.
Avantages:
NetSuite, a flexible and extensible platform, can meet the ERP needs of most businesses. It's an intriguing ecosystem in which multiple vendors perform some of the functions of NetSuite while being supported by NetSuite. Using the extensions provided, we were able to build a platform that works well for our organization. There is a wealth of information available for people of all skill levels. Directly from the corporation, I've seen some of the best help resources I've ever seen. The application is simple to use and has a multitude of personalization options. Several improvements to the reporting capabilities have been made to make the Workbooks section more accessible to non-technical users.
Inconvénients:
NetSuite isn't the easiest program to use, but it isn't the most complex either if you want to use it. A big overhaul is needed in the presentation of data in reports, which appear and feel dated. Finally, NetSuite is a pain to use because of its clunky interface and shoddy design. NetSuite users should seek out other NetSuite users and learn from their experiences to avoid making the same mistakes.
