Commentaires: Je l'apprécie énormément avec une interface convivial, très efficace je suis toujours à l'aise quand je travaille avec ce logiciel.

Avantages:

Net suit est un bon outils très poussé et facile à utiliser il dispose de plusieurs applications ce qui est très avantageux pour les entreprises.

Inconvénients:

Ses fonctionnalités sont meilleures mais l'utilisation pour un débutant c'est compliqué ça demande beaucoup d'effort pour tout maîtriser.

Complexe pour la personnalisation où la présence d'un développeur serait nécessaire, un grand décalage des réponses de assistance client lors des problèmes liés à l'utilisation

Un logiciel incomparable

Avantages:

NetSuite est un logiciel très facile d'utilisation et très efficace. Il me permet la gestion des clients au sein de notre entreprise, il nous a beaucoup permis de gérer la chaîne logistique ainsi que la gestion des achats. Il présente des fonctionnalités très remarquables sans quoi nous ne pouvons pas en tirer profit comme c'est le cas à présent.

Inconvénients:

NetSuite est un outil très complet, fiable et intégrable. Seulement que son tarif est très élevé.

J'ai apprécié la flexibilité et la personnalisation de la plateforme, qui m'a permis de gérer plusieurs aspects de leur entreprise, tels que les finances, la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les relations avec les clients, depuis un seul endroit. La fonctionnalité de reporting et d'analyse de données de NetSuite, qui fournit des informations importantes pour la prise de décisions commerciales.

Temps de réponse lents du système et des difficultés à naviguer dans l'interface utilisateur

J'apprécie énormément la facilité d'utilisation et de prise en main.Les différentes secteurs métiers de l'entreprise on rapidement pris la main sans difficulté.

Inconvénients:

Le seul bémol reste le prix, car pour les PME et TPE, il faut revoir le prix.Je recommande les entreprises ayant la possibilité d'acquérir cet outil de ne pas hésiter, personnellement c'est chic.

Avantages:

So customizable that you can configure it to do just about anything. A unique product that can really be for anyone. Once live, it's fairly intuitive.

Inconvénients:

While the customization is amazing, you can get lost if you don't pay attention to the details or aren't working with someone who knows the technical nuances well when you set it up. Our implementor ([sensitive content hidden] ) helped us with this.

I as a IT admin and a developer have no complaints about NetSuite. Maybe our different department members might differ on this opinion. A night mode UI would be nice.

Inconvénients:

It takes a long time for new users to learn. Some features are falling behind competitors. Very difficult to integrate with other software.

Great Financial System to enable our Global Organization to work with multiple subsidiaries

Commentaires: These past 6 years using NetSuite has transformed our ability to work with our national entities. It has allowed us to provide better training, see their financial pictures, and be able to help troubleshoot issues in more streamlined manner.

Avantages:

Ability to see very quickly the financial picture of all of our entities in NetSuite. Also, it makes it so much easier for my team of Subject Matter Experts and Knowledge Specialists to be able to serve all of our entities since most processes are now harmonized.

Inconvénients:

Customizations can make the system very slow.

Commentaires: My experience with NetSuite has been a nightmare, to say the least. We were sold on the promise of a fantastic, intuitive system that is completely customizable. What we got was a complicated system that requires a lot of duplication when it comes to assembly items, and poor customer service. You have to pay for every little feature you need. The only thing free is the run-around. Even though we paid for "Advanced Customer Support", I am still left with a list of 15 items that have not been resolved after paying around $10K for the Advanced Customer Support. We are in the process of switching to Odoo because it is FAR more user-friendly and when you pay for Odoo, you get ALL of the features whether you need them or not. Odoo also includes FREE technical support. Why should you have to pay for help with the product you already pay for?

Commentaires: At first, I was overwhelmed by NetSuite, but now that I understand all of its functions, it's been fantastic. NetSuite functions as a central hub that links all of a company's moving components and provides users with the information and tools they need to stay ahead of the competition. NetSuite is an extremely strong tool because of its real-time data, automation, and central management capabilities.

Avantages:

There are a lot of features in NetSuite that i like, specially its Real-Time Data Access. Everything in NetSuite updates in real time. It can instantly generate reports like profit and loss, balance sheet or cash flow statements. It makes Budgeting and forecasting so much easier with its analytics. It also helps in managing the inventory like monitoring stocks level, recorder points and location in real time. Updates the inventory automatically when new orders are fulfilled, reducing errors. It also allows us to see the interactions with a customer including purchase history, payment status and support.

Inconvénients:

NetSuite is a powerful tool but it might take some training to understand all its features and workflow, specially non-technical users. It is also little expensive compared to other ERP software.

Cloud ERP Solution of this Era

I like how NetSuite automates accounts payable processes which reduce errors when paying vendors.

Commentaires: We were a small to medium sized company sold on using Netsuite for a variety of our departments, from finance/accounts to customer support to project management. While it excels in the first area (sales/accounting) it really is not designed for the latter two. As a result you're left with a very expensive platform that is advertised to do anything and everything, but in reality requires a lot of work to be that jack-of-all-trades platform.

Avantages:

Depth of customization and ability to adapt to multiple use-cases. The system can be "Frankensteined" for a lack of a better word to do just about anything.

Inconvénients:

While it's very customizable, the interface itself is cumbersome, non-intuitive, and essentially requires an architect who is fully trained in Netsuite to get the most from it. If you don't have either a consultant or power user who can dedicate their time fully to Netsuite admin, you'll have a harder time getting the most from the product.
