The Best Email Marketing Campaign
Avantages:
I love how this integrates with Sales Force and how you can customize campaigns. The email tracking is super useful (sometimes it doesn't show exact details though) as it can tell when a client is engaging and when are the best times for outreach.
Inconvénients:
I wish there were more helpful tutorials on best practices of this product and that editing a campaign already in use was a bit more intuitive.

Completely streamlined my sales prospecting and outreach
Avantages:
-Ability to sync emails and activities with CRM. -Love the Gmail toolbar so I can view info from my CRM right in gmail -Track email opens and response activities to know if my message is getting through to my prospects -easy to create and save email templates to fire off custom emails on the fly -Mail Merge capabilities with stages allow for multi touch email campaigns. - vastly increased my efficiency of email outreach
Inconvénients:
The sync to CRM has failed to work on very few occasions. Other than that I totally love using the system

very average
Avantages:
I like that I can see when someone opens my email .
Inconvénients:
The BEST way to track with Yesware is to only send an email to one person. If you send to multiple, you'll see "someone" opened your email often times, rather than a name. You cannot always see what kind of device they opened it on. You also cannot get notifications for opens unless you are sitting down at your computer - no mobile application. The mail-merge feature is great conceptually, but if you are creating a campaign and have a sensitive mouse that goes back when you swipe back - you will lose ALL of your work. There is no auto-save or any protection. ALWAYS build out your campaigns in a place where you will not lose your work.

Take control of your email. Know what is delivered and when.
Commentaires: Convenience & delivery confirmations.
Avantages:
1. Email delivery confirmations are SO helpful. The instant notifications are great as well as the ability to find delivery details on a specific email in history. Plus, not requiring a read receipt to get the confirmation is huge. 2. Email schedule function makes it easy to draft emails but not interrupt employees evenings or sleep! 3. Follow-up reminders are a great way to not let a task get delegated and forgotten.
Inconvénients:
It doesn't play well with my Gmail screen - it covers the bottom of the email where my email attachments normally show up - so it's hard to verify the right attachment is attached - or to delete it.

The best value for complex features
Commentaires: The most robust email tracking software with the most reasonable price tag.
Avantages:
Email tracking is a huge deal for us. While most CRMs offer it, they don't offer the ability to see who opened the email if you sent it to more than one person. They just tell you "someone opened your email". This was annoying to us so we found Yesware. Not only will it tell us who opened it, when, where, on what but it can also do amazing things like tell you if/when someone opened your attachment, how many times, AND (here's the kicker) how long they looked at the attachment. After the free trial, which is an ample 30 days, we were hooked. Oh! The notifications! Most systems gave us notifications in their system so we would have to keep going back to see notifications. Yesware gives me popup notifications, in real time, no matter what I'm doing on my computer so I always know when someone opened an email. Also, the price is not bad. It's really worth it.
Inconvénients:
It takes a while for the system to learn who is who. After a few emails though, it can tell me "Customer service opened you email" instead of "someone at Company A opened your email".

Yesware adds a layer to your email strategy
Commentaires: Yesware gives our sales team extra insights about emails they send as well as time-saving tools to follow up and remind prospects.
Avantages:
It is eye opening to be able to track emails you send and the clicks and opens they generate. By knowing what happens with your emails on the receiver's end, you change your followup strategies.
Inconvénients:
Nothing we not like about Yesware. We're not using the Campaigns feature as we have other software for that, and that is not their core functionality.

Great tool to enhance marketing through mail.
Avantages:
It's an efficient tool to develop mail marketing and outreach clients that are mostly favorable for your product or are responsive to your mails. it can notify you about the opening of mails from the side of a client.
Inconvénients:
It has disadvantage of not to setup proper time schedule to follow up proper mails to several specially engaged clients. Somehow, it also seems to be buggy and adding a new template will alter subject lines eventually.

Great for Email Tracking and Mail Merges
Avantages:
The mail merge function and SFDC integrations are my favorite part. It integrates seamlessly with SFDC, and the mail merge functionality is easy to use (even for sales reps).
Inconvénients:
I wish Yesware would work with more VOIP providers to act as an email AND one-click-call system within SFDC.

Using Yesware to track the emails I'm sending and doing mailmerges
Commentaires: You get real-time notifications when someone opens your email or clicks on a link in them which is very helpful when you have to follow-up with someone. I also keep email templates which saves a lot of time when reaching out to people.
Avantages:
Real-time notifications when someone opens an email or clicks on an email. I also like that you can save and easily re-use email templates.
Inconvénients:
I wish the interface was a little easier to use and the reporting software was more straightforward.

Underwhelming, admittedly being reviewed on limited features
Commentaires: Not sure if the product performs well at its other functions, but I didn't see results with email/ attachment tracking.
Avantages:
I used this product while shopping for software to track email attachments; Yesware flogs that feature heavily on their website. The Pro was that their Outlook integration is pretty concise. A small button in the Outlook ribbon gives you access to a dropdown containing your Yesware dashboard. Given that I was only interested in this product to subtly see who'd opened or shared my emails, the key information was very easily found.
Inconvénients:
I don't know what the issue was but the product never seemed to work. It told me emails I'd sent hadn't been opened... when I'd actually sent them to a peer at a neighboring desk and watched him open the message. I allowed several days for the system to update but didn't see a status change. This strongly influenced my decision to not recommend this product to my superiors.
Shifting away from enterprise use - moving toward GMail and Microsoft-hosted offerings
Commentaires: Knowing if someone has received an email, or re-opened it, is a truly valuable piece of information from a sales and support perspective. Email has become one of the least reliable forms of communication, but it remains essential to doing business. Spam detection software is junk. We have found no spam detection software that is reliable and turn off anything to ensure nothing is missed. It can even be manipulated by unscrupulous actors that want to harm the reputation of the sender. There are a million other reasons why it is unreliable. Unfortunately, most companies continue to use it. So we used Yesware to see if our regular communications were being received and opened, in much the same was we use software to verify that our client newsletter communications are opened. Yesware did the job in that respect. We didn't use any of its other features, since we had other software for that.
Avantages:
We've been using it for several years and were notified recently by Yesware that the version that supports local versions of Outlook 365 is being eliminated. We were told that Microsoft is limiting the ability of developers to use plugins for PC-based Outlook, so they are dropping support for that in August 2020. We use our own ISP for email, using POP/SMTP mail, not a cloud-based environment hosted by Microsoft or Google. What we liked about it was its simplicity once set-up, and the ease of telling whether or not someone opened the email sent, and where that person was located.
Inconvénients:
The support organization was Zendesk, a third party. We found that every time we'd have a question or issue they were very responsive, but it took forever to get resolved. Most of the time we'd just live with whatever it was we were dealing with.
Great Email Activity Tracking!
Commentaires: Yesware has more features that what we are currently using such as email campaigns but we are happy with the way that it syncs Gmail emails to Salesforce as we use Salesforce as our main system of record.
Avantages:
We use Yesware to sync Gmail activity into Salesforce in order to maintain and improve sales team efficiency. Other than one occurrence when a users connection from Yesware to Salesforce unexpectedly dropped, we have had no other issues and the automatic tracking of emails sent and also emails that have been opened, clicked and replied to has proven very beneficial for our company. Yesware send me a weekly report of all tracked email activity from the past 7 days which is a nice feature.
Inconvénients:
Yesware did unexpectedly lose the connection to Salesforce for one of our users which resulted in some emails not being included in our reporting, but the Customer Service team were very responsive to investigate.
If you are in sales, you should be using this!
Commentaires: Fantastic as long as you are OK with some problems with CRM.
Avantages:
I was introduced to this software at my first SaaS job, and wish I had been introduced to this at the beginning of my career. I love knowing when a prospect is opening my emails and forwarding it within an organization. It also allows me the opportunity to reignite cold conversations.
Inconvénients:
Didn’t integrate too seemlessly with SFDC and customer support is something left to be desired.
Best bang for your buck
Avantages:
There are a lot of sales software similar to Yesware but I would say Yesware is one of the best. There are a few other softwares like outreach and salesloft but they are considerably more expensive. I love Yesware and it does the job.
Inconvénients:
It does lack features for salespeople who are looking to build lists of prospects and a few other features but you know that going in to it.
The Best Tool for your Sales Needs
Avantages:
We've tried several different solutions for tracking emails, creating new leads, and hosting email templates for quick use and found Yesware to be the best. It's easy to use, clear, and was easy to set up with our CRM (Salesforce).
Inconvénients:
Nothing - I've used it in the past (2 years ago) so I'm trying to figure out the new look and feel.
Spying on your customers
Avantages:
Great tool that easily connects with our mail system to check when customers open and click on emails. Tool is so helpful in the sales process
Inconvénients:
Nothing really, I guess the software could be cheaper so we can expand it to the whole organization.
A Must For Anyone in the Sales/BizDev Field
Commentaires: Overall, Yesware's suite of tools have a huge impact on our sales and been very helpful. Some of it's features are available in most CRM platforms but it is pretty helpful to have it all available in one spot.
Avantages:
We initially looked into Yesware for our email sequences and reporting before we understood what its full offerings. Once we discovered that you can also share templates and allow each team member to track their own/others performance, we decided to give it a try. It has been a valuable tool/motivator for our entire team to meet and exceed their sale goals.
Inconvénients:
Yesware recently added a "Spam Risk Detection" feature that is supposed to predict the probability of your email being flagged as spam. Based on a few responses we received from existing clients, our newsletters' have been ending up in their spam folder while Yesware's "detector" suggested it was low risk. It could use a bit of tuning but we consider it a bonus feature.
Alternatives envisagées :
Great email tracking software
Commentaires: Yesware is very simple and easy to use. Yet, it's a powerful software that has helped grow our business.
Avantages:
Yesware is great at what it does. I use it to track emails, and it is always accurate and prompt. It enables me to engage prospects and clients in a timely fashion.
Inconvénients:
It's a little pricey per user. Yes, I know it's in line with industry pricing, but as our team grows it's getting pricey.
Yesware is a great email template tool
Commentaires: Simply to use, saves a lot of time to communicate with your prospects. The software is being updated and developing with time, unlike other vendors who do not update their platform.
Avantages:
It offers a lot of features, interface is intuitive and it is very easy to use. It gives you the option to save your templates, insert them when needed and saves time to communicate with your prospects.
Inconvénients:
Sometimes the emails do not populate correctly and lags. For example, the name does not populate or the template.
The simplest way to set up email marketing drip campaigns
Commentaires: YesWare helped our business grow by setting up effective email campaigns. From newsletter style emails to cold prospecting it's a wonderful application for email management.
Avantages:
Email tracking is very well laid out in yesware and you can even sync them to third party applications like Salesforce. The email tracking is by far the most useful method of tracking metrics vital to a campaigns success. Open rate, reply rate and bounce rate are essential to mark.
Inconvénients:
The grouping of certain metrics could be better, and the template editor should be more robust. I'm sure there's a way to do the templating externally but I feel this shouldn't be required for such advanced software.
Stay away from this product!
Commentaires: Frustrating and out of pocket.
Avantages:
Its great being able to review if someone has opened your email - IF your email even gets sent!
Inconvénients:
- Product does NOT send your scheduled emails & keeps them in your drafts - Yesware is not able to match their product well enough with Gmail which causes "environmental errors" - Yesware quote. Meaning, Yesware is comfortable moving this issue onto Gmail, the user or bad luck. - Yesware will not refund your money when they can't inform of why their product did not send - Yesware templates are more than below average with limited: font selection, size selection or colour coding. Their layout within their templates are completely restricted. This means you cannot upload anything from a photo to a gif without some type error or layout dysfunction. - Yesware customer service is delayed. If you have a design issue or need guidence they won't respond within 1-2 working days. They attribute this to being based in the USA, however, continue to market towards customers in all times zones. - Yesware do not permit public google reviews for open disclosure of issues and limitation of their service.

Great Tool
Avantages:
Ease of use, ability to save multiple templates and track how well your emails are doing
Inconvénients:
Setting up a mail-merge could be easier and more streamline, also increase the amount per mail-merge send
Yesware has taken my email trolling to another level!
Avantages:
- My email trolling has been at its all time most accurate! - Drip campaigns are very easy to set up - Gives you accurate information about opens, clicks, and bounce backs
Inconvénients:
Truthfully, I have not found too many cons about Yesware. The only issue that I can see is the price for just email trolling, that's all I needed it for.
yesware
Avantages:
nothing- its a bs tool that shows who is opening your emails some of the time. there is nothing redeeming about this product.
Inconvénients:
its buggy interface, how i cant actually send automated sequences, how it shuts my email down automatically, or send blank email to prospects. i can go on... but you get the point
