Buffer permet de gérer plusieurs comptes de médias sociaux (comme Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) à partir d'un seul tableau de bord. Cela simplifie la planification et la publication de contenu sur différentes plateformes.
Inconvénients:
Buffer ne prend pas en charge toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux. Par exemple, certaines fonctionnalités peuvent être limitées sur des plateformes telles que Snapchat ou TikTok.
Un bon outil de programmation de publications
Avantages:
L’outil Buffer est simple à utiliser pour programmer sur différentes réseaux sociaux. L’interface est intuitive, et l’utilisation de l’outil est rapide à prendre en main. Le petit plus, c’est le fait de pouvoir obtenir des données statistiques sur nos publications.
Inconvénients:
Même si Buffer nous permet d’analyser nos publications, les résultats obtenus ne sont pas assez complets et poussés pour mettre en place des actions correctrices ciblées. La version gratuite du logiciel est aussi assez limitée.

Avantages:
Being able to manage several social networks in one place with the possibility of scheduling posts and monitoring engagement is one of the features that caught my attention.
Inconvénients:
In itself the tool is excellent, however, with the emergence of other tools on the market and with more attractive prices I had to stop using it, however, I recommend it as it does its job perfectly.

Commentaires: Overall Buffer fits quite alright with the small businesses, but is definitely not a good choice for bigger companies.

Buffer offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for beginners. I also liked the fact the platform provides content suggestions and ideas to help you create engaging social media posts. There is even a free plan option that is efficient for very small businesses and individuals.
Inconvénients:
The free plan has limited features and restrictions, so I went for the paid plan. It's still a bit clumsy sometimes, with recurrent bugs and tech issues. For example, it's very hard to post on LinkedIn (no tagging available). It's also not possible to post on Instagram.
Just ok, nothing great

Nice and clean interface for desktop, easy to use.

Beeds better support fot diffrent image formats.
Buffer is amazing for managing 3 accounts

I love how easy it is to setup your posts and just launch them with very little hassle.
Inconvénients:
The 10 post cap on the free plan. Also, when posting to multiple accounts, it can get a bit confusing if you're not watching what you're doing.
Good Paid Features, But Not That Vital
Commentaires: It was just... ok. Not that useful. Not very impactful for us. Easier to use Meta.

It's nice that everything ties in, but it just seems unnessasary. It was so much easier to just run things on Meta Business Suite

Just not really needed all that bad. It's cool but we just didn't see much of a use for it. You can't do much without paying for the extra features too.
Buffer is worth the money
Avantages:
I saved the company $500 by switching to Buffer. I enjoy the software for scheduled post and analytics.

The interface is pretty dull but simple.

It is a basic but essential tool for social network programming
Commentaires: We utilize Buffer to coordinate our company's presence across numerous social media platforms. We can upload all of our content by using it to schedule the publication calendar. Content is reviewed and approved by the user's permission level. Using Buffer, we can see at a glance whether or not we have scheduled too much or too little material across all of our social media channels. I have used Buffer for about three years, and it has helped me a lot in my work; also, its cost could be a lot higher, and being a very intuitive tool, it represents a good investment. It is very suitable for anyone, whether a professional or a beginner; it works very well for small, medium, or large companies; it is ideal for people who want to edit an image for a publication on social networks.

It's a fantastic platform for social media management with many helpful features (including adding text to images before posting them on social media) and helpful customer service (including the possibility to schedule posts in advance across multiple channels). It has a straightforward design that makes it easy to get up and running. And let's remember its review system, enabling us to check articles for coherence well before publication.
Inconvénients:
Fixing the problems you have when you try to contact users and when users try to respond would be a big step in the right direction.

Commentaires: We used Buffer before Meta Business Suite came along. We elected to stop using Buffer to schedule and publish content because MBS is way more reliable. We continued to use Buffer for analytics because our clients had grown attached to the elevated analytics. We stopped using it when we found cloud campaign.
Avantages:
The best part about buffer is the analytics reporting feature that is offered. We used this feature every month on multiple occasions and built our client reports around it.
Inconvénients:
The worst part about buffer was the constant pricing changes and lack of support.
Not a Big Fan!
Commentaires: It is fine if you want to go for scheduling. but if you want to go in advance and use a lot of features i suggest you to explore other tools much cheaper and better option than buffer.

Well I was using Buffer earlier when there were not many options available. I like it buffer that time because of its features as compared to Hootsuite

Buffer has a great UI, its easy to navigate. I also like the Ai assistant it generates the text for social media posts for you.
Inconvénients:
Not much bad to say about it to be honest if I had to pick something it would be that sometimes it takes a while to load after logging in.
My Favorite Social Network Management Software
Avantages:
Buffer is easy to use, has all the features I want for simple social media scheduling & planning (and then some!), and looks clean.
Inconvénients:
There is honestly not a thing I do not like about Buffer; they continue to upgrade & release new features sooner than I could dream of or wish for those features.

I like most about buffer which is there pre schedule social media post on multiple accounts. And I can schedule a whole month post in a day.
Inconvénients:

Just recently, I have fallen in love with Buffer’s Content spot, dropping ideas in when I do not have the time to properly create my message. I post on topics around personal branding, networking, professional development, social media, and even coffee. I see myself as one of Buffer’s secret stalkers – always keeping an eye on the updates and whispering the amazing, time-saving features.
Buffer is great for your automated reposts
Commentaires: Very good! I've been using buffer every week for out daily posts and during the weekend our social media accounts still looks very active!

I love that we can schedule many posts to be re-post automatically. Also it is great that we can change the title so the post would not look the same

Sometimes it works quite slow and makes is difficult other programs to run in the background
