Very stable software system, reliable supplier.
Customer support is good, always a quick response.
Avantages: The software is flexible, easy to use, cost effective and makes it possible to create documents very quickly.
Creating workflows and complex user rights is complicated (support is needed).
The ordering process is not always clear enough for our customers.

Easy to use, especially useful when dealing with an indirect route to market.
Avantages: Ease of use and high availability. All of our partners found their way pretty fast. I have never experienced any downtime.
Inconvénients: UI could use an update, looks a bit dated. Color scheme and the lay-out need a makeover. I believe this is currently in the works.
