C'est un logiciel qui permet aux employeurs et aux propriétaires de suivre leur employés dans un délai donner

Inconvénients:

Rien n'as reprocher pour le moment à logiciel.

Commentaires: Après quelques semaines de tâtonnement, tout se déroule bien et j'apprécie utiliser cet outil.

Avantages:

La vastitude des outils proposés : rien de manque!

Inconvénients:

Le temps de recherche dans l'outil (on met parfois beaucoup de temps à retrouver ce qu'on recherche), le fait qu'il ne soit qu'en anglais (ou que je n'aie pas trouvé comment le mettre en français)

Quickbooks Time, un logiciel que j'ai vraiment apprécié. Je l'utilise de temps en temps car cela me permet de mieux assurer ma planification. C'est vraiment super ce logiciel.

Inconvénients:

Pour moi je recommande l'utilisation de Quickbooks Time.

Inconvénients:

Commentaires: We’re excited about it and thought that we dont need to other paid websites which mean less work by that i mean the transfer from another website to another. Unfortunately, it was too difficult due to some approval issues from our-side and how confusing it is

Avantages:

I like the idea of how they try to include labour time and try to make it easy for the user which is nice

Inconvénients:

Unfortunately, for my team and i, it was somewhat difficult and confusing. I’m not sure if it’s the wrong setting but when we decided to move the labour time in the invoice, it need admin approval which is quite annoying because sometimes, our upper managements are not always here and sometimes our the customers get upsets about it.

Commentaires: My overall experience with QuickBooks has been a positive one. It's flexible, it's functions are diverse and allow me and my employer to be on the same page with my time card and PTO.

Avantages:

I like this app because it allows flexibility in time sheets. I can request time off, cancel the time off, and it will show me multiple breakdowns of my timesheet throughout the pay period. I work primarily remotely, this app allows me the flexibility and accountability to my timecard.

Inconvénients:

Quickbooks time takes a long time to fix errors in the software. The PTO request function has not worked for 4 pay periods (8 weeks).

Great Solution for Small Multi-state Team

Commentaires: I run a consulting and grant writing business with 8-10 team members in three different states. We have used QB Time for many years, and it has worked very well to accurately track time and therefore, invoice clients.

Avantages:

It is easy to use, and I really like the colorful reports. I also like being able to see who's on and working on what at all times.

Inconvénients:

I'd like to be able to group time by client by day when it translates to the invoice, rather than a separate line for every time someone clocks in and out.

Commentaires: The first highlight of my experience with QuickBooks Time is that I can integrate my QuickBooks accounting software to it. It is very easy to use also and helps me to keep track of my team members no matter where I am and this is because I can use both my desktop or mobile.

Avantages:

The mobile app gives me access to information anytime I have to step out and I am not with my computer. This is what I like the most about it.

Inconvénients:

I do not have what I like least about it at the moment.

I like how I can track my employees away from the warehouses. I can keep track of when they clocked in without following them up.

Inconvénients:

I need additional controls to ensure employees are physically present on-site when they clock in. The system's lack of a messaging tool makes it difficult for employees to communicate on shift changes.
