Commentaires: Zoom video webinars m'a permis de suivre plusieurs plusieurs formations et colloques en ligne. L'usage le plus récent date de quelques jours dans le cadre du MOOC SCERTI SCOOL 2023
Avantages:
Le partage d'écran, le partage de fichiers, les échanges sont des fonctionnalités qui m'ont le plus impactées
Inconvénients:
Le seul inconvénient que je trouve est qu'il faut une bonne connexion pour en profiter du logiciel lors des webinaires
Le fonctionnement complet de Zoom pour les réunions
Avantages:
C'est surtout le partage d'écran et en même temps la possibilité d'expliquer tout en partageant son écran et son micro ouvert pour les explications.
Inconvénients:
Recommendation de mise à jour pour certaines réunions de façons inattendues, sinon rien d'autres

Commentaires: Satisfait dans l'ensemble mais les réunions sont très court car elle absorbe assez de données soit 1G/2HEURES
Avantages:
le logiciel est fluide et les participants peuvent chatter sans intérruption
Inconvénients:
le logiciel nécessite une connexion fluide et illimitée donc les réunions ne doivent pas dépasser un certain temps elle est plus appropriée pour les connexion 5 G ; la majorité des pays en voie de developement n'y ont pas accès le taux de pénétration internet est de 30%
Zoom le best des best!
Commentaires: Zoom m'a permis d'être en permanence en contact avec mes équipes support quand je ne peux pas être sur place.
Avantages:
Zoom c'est le top pour organiser vos réunions en ligne sans aucun soucis. Il propose plusieurs fonctionnalités comme enregistrer une réunion ou une intervention, utiliser un tableau blanc virtuel idéal pour des formations en ligne. Vous pouvez même enregistrer vos réunions sur le cloud.
Inconvénients:
la limitation du temps des réunions pour la formule gratuite, pas de chiffrement de bout en bout, peu d'attention à la protection des données.
Excellent webinaire
Commentaires: Le webinaire vidéo zoom est excellent. Il me permet de donner mes séances de coaching en téléconférences, désormais les membres de l'équipe que je coordonne peuvent revoir mes cours en rediffusion et poser des questions en temps réel.
Avantages:
La personnalisation des paramètres pour les appels, sa simplicité d'utilisation accessible sur tous supports mobiles et un bon rendu de qualité audio-vidéo sans interférences. Aussi, le nombre des personnes pouvant accéder à la conférence est largement suffisant pour la plupart des administrateurs.
Inconvénients:
L'impossibilité d'accéder à la conférence lorsque l'animateur n'a pas encore lancé la cession.
zoom, vos réunions à distance
Commentaires: Sinon dans l'ensemble c'est vraiment pratique pour organiser des réunions à distance
Avantages:
Tout le monde se voit et s'entend. Nous pouvons partager nos idées, débriefer etc...La fonction enregistrer le zoom et super lorsque l'on a des absents.
Inconvénients:
J'utilise ce logiciel le plus simplement. Donc je n'ai pas pu tester toutes ses fonctionnalités. Ce que je trouve dommage c'est que l'on ne peut pas être plusieurs à prendre la parole car cela coupe.
bon logiciel de visio
Avantages:
Une référence lors du covid, concurrencent Teams de Microsoft ou encore skype
Inconvénients:
Un peu lent parfois dans la connexion, et la prise en main
Zoom au service de la communication à distance
Avantages:
Zoom a facilité ma communication avec le reste de mes collègues de manière fluide et de haute qualité. Car une réunion réunit pour nous une centaine de chefs de bureau. Nous dialoguons et discutons, que ce soit en prenant la parole directement ou via le chat... Il a joué un rôle efficace dans la poursuite de notre travail pendant la crise du Corona
Inconvénients:
Personnellement, je n'y ai rien trouvé d'anormal
Super pour des réunions à distance
Commentaires: Je participe à des formations en ligne grâce à ce logiciel. Je ne sais pas comment j'aurais fait sans. C'est super comme solution en tout cas.
Avantages:
Tout est super. Simplicité d'utilisation, accessible multi-supports, bonne qualité de l'audio-vidéo (enfin avec une bonne connexion internet lol) et le grand nombre de personnes autorisées à un meeting.
Inconvénients:
On ne peut pas enregistrer la réunion sans l'autorisation de l'admin

Commentaires: En confinement ce logiciel nous a permis de régler le problème de communication entre collègues en le rendant très facile et rapide.
Avantages:
J’adore la fonction chat qui me permet de communiquer rapidement avec mes collègues de bureau sans avoir besoin d’écrire un courriel formel.
Inconvénients:
Lors d’un meeting zoom le partage d’écran ne fonctionne pas très bien si on veut modifier un document en le partageant avec le groupe.
Outil très pratique pour des réunions entre collègues

C'est un logiciel facile à utiliser pour se voir entre collègues ou entre proches.
Inconvénients:
Rien de négatif pour mon usage somme toute limité.

Commentaires: My Overall experience with Zoom Events and Webinars has mostly been positive but not without it's challenges. However, there is room for improvement such as the customization for event. All in all its a solid platform.
Avantages:
I like that Zoom is easy to set up and navigate. It allows large number of participant, making it great for webinars. It video and audio quality is also topnotch. The interactive tools such as the chat feature keeps the audience more engaged. I also love the whiteboard feature and it collaboration features.
Inconvénients:
What I like least about Zoom is limited customization for event branding and design.

Commentaires: Overall the system is very easy to use, it has a lot of features that can very easily be overlooked that are actually quite powerful, but can be a game changer

It is a very stable platform, and can be integrated into our streaming software, vMix very easily
Inconvénients:
The way that you setup Webinars is not very intuitive, you select a start time, and you have to state how many hours your event is, very few people think in this way and will generally have a start and end time.
My Overall Experience with Zoom
Commentaires: Overall, Zoom is a good backup platform.
Avantages:
Zoom allows me to record the webinars without the paid upgrade to the platform. It also has more filters, and my students love this feature.
Inconvénients:
There are a couple of cons to this platform. The first con is that, unlike Google Meet, their free platform only allows for [up to] 45 minutes, While Google Meet allows up to 60 minutes for the free plan. And the second con is that it uses a lot of battery power on my laptop. In contrast, Google Meet uses very little battery power.

Running Webinar Events on Zoom
Commentaires: I have used Zooms Events and Webinars to plan and prepare marketing and informational webinars for past few months as I prepare to launch them and use them to market my company.
Avantages:
Zoom event s and webinars brings the great quality of the Zoom online meeting platform and combines it with scheduling and webinar capabilities offering marketers and online educators and webinar publishers a great platform to run their ongoing webinar series allowing them to plan and promote webinars several months in advance.
Inconvénients:
I believe the event scheduling system can still be improved.

Commentaires: Overall, it has been an amazing experience. It has made meeting so many people at the same time a lot easier.
Avantages:
I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.
Inconvénients:
Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.
Best video service and training aide around
Avantages:
This is the best tool we have that runs consistently smooth no matter how many people we have attend. Also it keeps all the users anonminity which is vital for our customers privacy
Inconvénients:
This is not so much on Zoom, but some companies will not allow their employees to use Zoom.
Becoming webinar kings!
Commentaires: It is a great tool, without it we would struggle to run our business as efficiently as we do. It allows us to host regular, professional online events that elevates our business.
Avantages:
Its a really high performing tool. We have used Livestorm in the past which was fine but Zoom is familiar for everyone using it and requires little to no training to get going. It has so many tools that allow you to run professional webinars, unlike any we have experienced to-date.
Inconvénients:
It can become quite costly when you have lots of users, and large numbers of attendees joining the webinars.

Commentaires: I use zoom regularly at work to teach online classes. Zoom was essential to stay connected personally and professionally during the pandemic.
Avantages:
Easy to use. Connects people. Accessible on any computer. No cost.

Commentaires: Our overall experience with Zoom Events as a paying yearly customer is satisfactory. When they boomed during the pandemic the challenges was not seen or exploited by other. They adjusted well and improved on so many additions to the Zoom experience.
Avantages:
What we like most is the ease of use when setting up an event.
Inconvénients:
The Zoom events has room for improvement, but the technology probably has to catch up with their need. It has most of the tools and apps to assist it. We have not used Webinars as of yet, so there is no least or most.
Standard, stable, widely used - but there are better options
Avantages:
Convenient and widely used. Zoom's interface is user friendly.

It's not so much that Zoom is bad - it's that there are better options out there - with less limitations.
Effective and Efficient tool for Event Management
Avantages:
Being able to record helps in going back to discussion when needed. Also the caption feature is great addition.
Inconvénients:
Being able to see the participants while sharing the screen really helps read the room.
Zoom makes webinars easy
Commentaires: Since Covid began, Zoom is indispensable for people in higher education. I get upset if I have to use another platform!
Avantages:
I can’t picture today’s world of easily attended, widely accessible webinars in my areas of interest without Zoom.
Inconvénients:
Sometimes it is difficult to know who is host, and only the host can find out. But overall this is good, to limit access to those in charge.
