Avantages:

Simple and easy-to-use ATS. Liked the fact that they were able to put together a ZipRecruiter integration fairly quick.

Inconvénients:

I'm not sure it is my computer but my apps stop after 4 or 5candidates I reviews.

La possibilité de collaborer entre les membres de l'équipe est également une autre caractéristique très importante pour nous.

Inconvénients:

Temps d’entretien un peu trop court je pense que sa mérite une meilleure amélioration

Commentaires: Something I really admire is their customer support. They're very prompt and helpful

Avantages:

Ease of use and simple interface makes fresh teams the best software out there to manage teams. I'm really impressed by the way they've build it. Its as easy as using social media sites and is feature rich.

Inconvénients:

There is nothing which I didn't like about the software. Been using it for couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed to see such a refined product. One thing where they can improve is giving more drag n drop options to edit Career site.

Commentaires: Overall we are satisfied with Freshteam. It has everything that we need and then some.

Avantages:

Love the ease of use, setup, intuitive settings and user friendly dashboards. Very little explanation needed for this product. Freshteam covers pretty much everything our team needs to in terms of team management and on the recruiting end, we have been very pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and features. Freshworks as a whole is constantly coming up with new products and regularly updates and adds new features. They make sure their products are always improved.

Inconvénients:

Customer service can take a while to respond. I believe their customer support team is based overseas so it may have to do with the time zone change, but getting in touch with someone fast can be hit or miss.

Commentaires: Overall all, the experience using this application was pleasant and very efficient specially when collaborating tasks to team members.

Avantages:

What I like about this application is that it is intuitive, easy to use and very eye catching.

Inconvénients:

From time to time, you can feel that there is downtime, especially if your database of candidates starting to get big.

Commentaires: Overall fresh team makes it easier for staff to keep their details updated as they can freely update their profiles and it massively reduces the workload and time delays for HR by making information clear and easy to access. I've also not seen many accessibility features an option for large text and dark background could be really helpful

Avantages:

The time off and employee profile features allow quick and easy access to vital information reducing the time spent on database searching by Human Resources Staff. The recruitment tracker is clear and concise and allows a quicker selection process to be made as all information is in one place.

Inconvénients:

The documents features such as right to work ID is behind a paywall which can be pricey for a start up like us. Overall the pricing is high for small start ups like us.

Commentaires: Cost-wise, it's very competitive and a literal fraction of some less capable ATSs. Works very well off the shelf.

Avantages:

Let me say first lie that we don't use the entirety of FreshTeam but rather we only use the ATS portion of the software only. Overall it's pretty good. FreshTeam makes it very convenient to keep everything together. The kanban board feature makes it really easy to find where people are in a given pipeline. There are some really good Integrations as well with popular tools like Zoom. FreshTeam makes it very easy to blast out job ad to major job boards . Cost-wise, it's very competitive and a literal fraction of some less capable ATSs. Works well off the shelf.

Inconvénients:

There are a couple minor features that don't really add tremendous value. In addition, some of the auto email triggers don't work like you would think they would, but neither of those criticisms are showstoppers.

Avantages:

We were searching for a good CRM+ ATS+ HR software in the beigning of Covid19. we used many software as trail but liked no one. Suddenly, i got to know about Freshteam via google and decide to give a try. earlier we used as a Sales reporting tool and liked their functionality and use of access. finally, after using 2 months as free user, we decide to choose freshteam and still using as all in one software.

Inconvénients:

data download option. the reporting format can be more simple and more effective

Commentaires: Great automation in HRM, now lets make it more fun and engaging for employees to log, browse, etc.

Avantages:

1) Talent management is end to end logged with options for analytics 2) Building processes and implementing your own logics for resource management is a huge automation help in HR functions

Inconvénients:

1) UX Can be more engaging 2) Auto reminders near holidays, when optional holidays are not booked, or when leaves can lapse and remind to use, etc intelligent reminders can make this system a 100% compliance tool 3) Instant chat option with HR for emergency situations where even a vid call is possible for worse case scenarios and assistance

Avantages:

What I like most about the Freshteam software is the price point. I started my staffing firm at the beginning of 2020. Due to having a small budget and the effects of Covid-19, I needed an inexpensive software to use to grow my business. Once speaking with a representative I decided to signup to use the system.

Inconvénients:

After signing up, I noticed a main feature that was missing in the package I signed up for, which was the ability to create jobs in different cities or states. I am currently limited to where I can post jobs.

Commentaires: Freshteam has saved my time in onboarding exceptionally. I use it for end-to-end onboarding. It helps me stay organized and be on track with leads in hiring.

Avantages:

UI is pretty easy to use Integration with existing tools could be done with ease and quite efficient simplified scheduling and hiring

Inconvénients:

The navigation could be tricky sometimes.

One of the best & modern HRMS solution

Avantages:

Freshteam has a lot of features starting from employee management, HR, leave management, time-off management, etc. Despite having a lot of features using the application is not complicated and everything is so well designed that using the software is super easy, the UI & UX is just awesome. I really like the time-off and leave management system.

Inconvénients:

The only thing to frown upon is that, its great for enterprises but when it comes to small organizations it becomes costly, and the free version has a lot of limitations, because of which when it comes to small orgs and startups, they look for other alternatives.

Nice tool for job postings

Best & easy tool for Human Capital Tracking

Avantages:

1. Customer Support is one top pros would like to highlight to upcoming user I can say from my exp. 2. Ease of depolyment. 3. Intergration with many 3rd party tool 4. Tracking any candidate is cake walk here.

Commentaires: Experience overall has been good, considering we started using the beta version we haven't encountered many bugs.

Avantages:

The annual leave feature is used company wide to manage all staff leave.

Inconvénients:

Reports would be helpful and a full org chart for all users showing the entire company rather than just your own team would be really beneficial.

Commentaires: I completely recommend Freshteam to any company who is planning on scaling. It is really easy to track, and to collaborate with colleagues on this.

Avantages:

- a really user friendly way of tracking candidates - very easy for the candidate' experience from the moment they apply to the moment they are officially an employee - onboarding and offboarding easy to do, with checklists included

Inconvénients:

maybe the employee page can be a bit more improved, I sometimes struggle with the settings with what employees can see on their end.

Commentaires: This software helped me to impress the HR team and my bosses. Within minutes of demonstration of the proof of Concept I setup (also took minutes), we transitioned from our old pencil and paper HR tracking system to using Freshteam.

Avantages:

Our company used to do all hiring and HR work with pen and paper. This product has allowed us to intuitively automate most of that work away allowing for efficiencies for our small team that we never dreamed of. We are also very pleased with how integrated the solution is with our other Freshworks solutions. We are looking forward to growing our company with this tool

Inconvénients:

It doesn't integrate into our SSO the way we would like. For example, we think it would be nice to be able to have new employees transition directly into our systems with a specific role when hired. We have also had some trouble getting DKIM to work properly with the email forwarding, but we only need to ask the support team for help. They've been very quick on the draw in the past and we know we just need to identify issues to get them resolved.

Great Product / Effective Collaboration / Easy to Use

Commentaires: Collaboration and real-time analysis for our hiring team.

Avantages:

Before Freshteam, we were getting all of our employee applications through email, then had to upload and share with everyone and not in real time. Now, anyone on our hiring team can be alerted right away to an application and review it before team meetings. It has minimized the work of our hiring coordinator by at least 75%. Very thankful!

Inconvénients:

Overall, I think the software is very user-friendly but the setup and hiring team structure took a little work to understand on the front end.

Good enough for small businesses

Avantages:

Some of the best features of this product was the graphic user interface (GUI) and ease of use. The system is very straight forward to use and is best suited for small businesses with not a lot of recruiting needs. It can get quite expensive if you need a lot of hires and you don't get much more for the added costs.

Inconvénients:

The customer service was quite poor and was a major driver to me leaving for another recruiting system. The site boasts the ability to post jobs on major job boards but that feature rarely worked so I ended up having to do the extra postings manually anyway.
