> **Avantages**: I absolutely love their booking software\! It’s smooth, intuitive, and makes scheduling effortless for both clients and staff. Such a great experience overall\!

> **Inconvénients**: There’s nothing I really dislike. One area I think could be improved is adding an expiration date option for account balances or unused credits, so they can automatically roll off over time.

> Overall, I’d give it a solid 10/10. The support team is always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve made the process easy and stress-free.

> **Inconvénients**: Il n'y avait aucun moyen de verser un acompte sur le compte d'un client ayant déjà pré-acheté un forfait. Cela rendait le pré-achat presque plus compliqué pour les clients.

> Terriblement. Dès l'inscription terminée, le service client est indisponible. Ils vous diront qu'ils ne sont pas disponibles pour les appels. Dès que j'ai essayé d'annuler, j'ai appris que mon compte serait entièrement supprimé et que je n'aurais plus jamais accès à ces fichiers. J'ai utilisé de nombreux systèmes de planification, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Mangomint vous fait aussi payer des frais supplémentaires, ce qui devient vite très cher.

> **Avantages**: Mangomint is incredibly user friendly, and if you run into any issues their chat support is quick to reply. They have an extensive FAQ that walks you through every single feature and process. 

Online booking is easily integrated into your website with intuitive scheduling management. For example, it will ensure appointments are booked without a weird gap in a service provider's schedule. There are options to ensure one provider isn't favored over another when it comes to online bookings.

Security has always been top notch on both the client and staff side. Card information is safely stored and only shows staff members the last 4 digits, never the full number. You have to walk through multiple steps to charge a client's card so they should never be accidentally charged. Client information is also secure with their personal information being able to be withheld from certain staff members. 

I could go on and on about each feature, because there are so many detailed and helpful ones from day to day business operations to appointment bookings. Easily the most comprehensive booking system out there.

> **Inconvénients**: We had tried their payroll processing system for a month but it wasn't built out enough for us to justify swapping over from our current platform. It's a more expensive option with fewer features.

> I've had an incredibly positive experience with Mangomint. I can't speak enough about their customer service and how helpful they are in answering any and all questions you have.
