La possibilité de créer toutes nos Locations FRB les annonces en un seul endroit, gérer les prix et les réservations et les diffuser vers les réservations directes ainsi que les OTA (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) sont si essentiels au succès d'une entreprise de location à court terme. Hostfully, comme toute application logicielle, n'est pas parfait, MAIS leurs équipes de support et de développement prennent en compte les commentaires, résolvent les problèmes et implémentent les nouvelles fonctionnalités demandées par la base d'utilisateurs. Personnellement, j'ai suggéré d'implémenter de nombreuses nouvelles fonctionnalités. > > **Inconvénients**: Chez FRB Rentals, nous utilisons des modèles automatisés à l’extrême. Au départ, il y a une courbe d'apprentissage pour mettre en place une automatisation plus avancée à l'aide de modèles et de déclencheurs. Je vous suggère fortement de tout écrire et de déterminer comment vous souhaitez que le timing d'une réservation se déroule via l'examen, puis de le mettre en œuvre et de tester une étape à la fois. Le formatage des communications doit être testé avec chaque OTA pour s'assurer qu'il semble bon pour le client qui le reçoit. > > La plateforme Hostfully et surtout l’équipe ont été un plaisir de travailler avec. Have a problem? You’ll have to message \& hope for a response within an hour to 24 hours, depending on the time of day. They use A LOT of virtual asst in foreign countries, so the time of day rarely ever corresponds to the time when I have an issue that needs immediate attention. There are glitches in their software ALL THE TIME. The guidebooks don’t work randomly. The info for bookings won’t load \& I get a dead end link when I try to view it. Idk what the issue is, but I don’t have to “update my browser, clear my cookies or my cache” with ANY OTHER APP or SOFTWARE I use. So, it’s something on THEIR END. It makes me crazy. I use a Mac laptop. Idk why I should have to clear my data every other week so that Hostfully will work, when I don’t need to do this for ABB, VRBO, Stripe, Pricelabs, QB, AWS, Google, etc. And when a guest texts me that my guidebook link is broken, I need to be able to talk to someone. Not wait 24 hours for a response. If it weren’t so much trouble to switch all of my properties seamlessly, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Oh \& they take 1% of every direct booking, so don’t let them lie \& say they charge a flat fee.
