Dans l'ensemble, LegitFit est plus facile à comprendre et à utiliser pour mes clients (et moi-même) que d'autres services de réservation, et j'apprécie beaucoup l'aide d'Ian. > > **Inconvénients**: Il y a quelques problèmes assez gênants, la plupart liés au temps. Une fois résolus, je pense que cette plateforme de réservation sera une excellente solution. Le premier problème que j'ai soulevé il y a environ trois mois concerne le temps. J'ai configuré le fuseau horaire du studio, mais les clients reçoivent des rappels indiquant que leurs rendez-vous sont programmés à des heures totalement différentes (par exemple, j'ai programmé leur rendez-vous à 17 h le mercredi, et ils reçoivent un e-mail indiquant qu'ils sont à 1 h le jeudi). On m'a conseillé de demander aux clients de configurer leur fuseau horaire, mais je ne pense pas qu'ils devraient le faire. S'ils réservent des services en personne, le fuseau horaire devrait être automatiquement configuré sur celui du studio. J'ai été surpris de voir un nouveau client vivre cette expérience. Je ne l'avais pas encore rencontré, donc ce genre de situation a un impact négatif sur sa perception de moi, car il semble que je ne puisse pas le réserver correctement pour une séance. Lorsque j'étais en vacances et que je mettais à jour le planning d'une séance, j'ai réglé l'heure sur 10h30 (heure à laquelle le client avait demandé la séance), mais lorsque je suis revenu à mon fuseau horaire, la séance était affichée à 9h30. Lorsque je mets à jour des séances récurrentes le mercredi, il arrive parfois, sans raison apparente, qu'elles apparaissent le mardi. Je dois alors les modifier à nouveau et décocher l'option du mardi (même si je n'avais jamais sélectionné cette option au départ).
