The OnArrival tool for check in is smooth and makes the first impression on attendees very professional. I also rely heavily on the reporting tools which give me granular data on everything from ticket sales to session attendance. It puts everything I need in one central hub so I do not have to juggle multiple spreadsheets. > > **Inconvénients**: Because it does so much, the learning curve is steep. It took me a while to really feel comfortable navigating the backend without second guessing myself. The interface in some areas feels a bit clunky and could use a modern refresh to match newer competitors. It is also a significant investment, so it might be overkill for smaller organizations just running simple meetups.
