Without systems experience, it would be easy for an organization to make database design and data input decisions that could be counterproductive and lead to inefficiencies. As the external advisor for the project (coming from a systems and database management background) I had the time and expertise to deep dive, “pre-navigate”, and have conversations with both front line help and Development to guide best practices. The staff did not have either the time or the background to do so. Having said that, I found that I always got answers or resolutions to issues. You have different ways to set up an event, which doesn't necessarily mean you have to include the auction piece. > > **Inconvénients**: there are a few things that could be improved on the constituent's information page, and there are some things that really aren't needed. I also was not happy with the chat support, as I am new to the system and was trying to set up an event for the first time, and I had to go through 3 chat support people before I got the right one that helped me the most and put me in the right direction. > > Overall, I really do love the platform; it's very easy to use, it has everything you need to set up different ways to collect donations, and again, it's a one-stop shop, which is very convenient and cost-effective.
