I wouldn't mind if there was a "lite" or "simple" solution. But I guess I can see where that would undermine the overall software architecture.

J'aime la facilité dont il m'offre à chaque fois que je l'utilise son intégration dans mes paiements m'ont beaucoup aidé et surtout mes gestions de projets mais il y a plusieurs choses qui vraiment plû, c'est juste magnifique

Le seul problème avec lui ce que lorsque tu ne sais rien ça ne sera pas du gâteau

Commentaires: The scalability the program provide,and the easy of use makes it one of the best financial management programs.

The efficiently to manage some criteria such as tax deductions and pay calculations
Inconvénients:
The easy of use of the system with it's comprehensive feature set.
Under Construction
Commentaires: Sage Intacct has been an upgrade in many ways from Sage 300, however, it is missing some critical components for a company that makes heavy use of job costing. It is obvious that Sage is putting a lot of work into Intacct, so I do have high hopes that the missing pieces will someday be filled in.
Avantages:
I like that Sage Intacct is online and allowed us to move away from using a physical server. This allows employees to work more efficiently when working remotely.
Inconvénients:
Sage Intacct does not handle job costing well. We are a construction company and Intacct has struggled to give us the detailed information we need. We have had to utilize other 3rd party software to fill this gap.

Commentaires: Our experience is OK. We spend more then needed since we cannot remove international currency and we never even used it. Support is just OK, as we are always referred to long articles when we just need simple instructions. The system is mostly user friendly outside of reporting.
Avantages:
The ability to create your own views. I find the system to be pretty user friendly.
Inconvénients:
The reporting module is very difficult and we can never get reporting support, always told we need to contact professional services for non-complex reporting that should be basic reports. And don't like having to log in to a site to submit cases, would rather email and be able to see the email history versus signing in to review the full case.

Solid Product, Flexible but Unduly Complicated Reporting
Commentaires: Overall, I am generally pleased with the working version of Sage Intacct that I have, but it has been an arduous journey to get here. I would recommend that you are careful with your implementation partner as many headaches can be avoided with a thoughtful, thorough cutover.
Avantages:
I like the flexibility that Sage gives me in terms of reporting and I like the accounting I can assign to department heads for approval of their spending.
Inconvénients:
I think there is a complexity to the reportage that is unnecessary. The account group structure is difficult to navigate and must be maintained diligently if your chart of accounts changes.

An Accountant's Dream Accounting System
Commentaires: Wonderful. I have converted to Intacct for 3 different companies for which I've worked.
Avantages:
Ease of use, creating reports is easy, importing journal entries
Inconvénients:
Cannot zero out beginning of year balances of Non-Financial accounts. Balances roll over. Should have the option of zeroing out or balance forward at year-end.

Visibility into your business made easy
Commentaires: As the CFO, I find it easy to use and get to the information I need to run my business. It is also easy to onboard new accounting staff as the Sage University and many of the short tutorials help get them up to speed quickly.
Avantages:
The ease of use in finding what you need. The ability to drill down quickly, to spin up adhoc reports, and the creation of dashboards that have all the key financial data at your fingertips.
Inconvénients:
Sage Intacct is always looking to improve, and they have a democratic way to determine those improvements through the Sage Community voting system. This is great, but there are 4 releases per year and it is just hard to keep up with all the improvements!

Very user friendly and Robust at the same time!

Sage intact is the most robust and user friendly software I have ever used. I call it the Quickbooks on steroids!

Commentaires:
We used Sage for accounts payable, and for the financial statements.
We needed to use other software for payroll and for accounts receivable due to the specialties of reporting and billing to medicare, insurances etc.
Avantages:
Very easy to import general journal entries from other software.
Inconvénients:
Very expensive Creating Financial Reports - cumbersome

Sage Intacct - making complicated accounting more user friendly
Commentaires: Sage Intacct is a very decent system that I would recommend for the high volume client or med to large businesses. It is easy to manipulate but kind of difficult to learn all of the moving parts. It does integrate with a lot of other cloud based systems.
Avantages:
Sage Intacct is a robust system that allows the user to manage many parts of their financials in one program.
Inconvénients:
There are almost too many parts to the system that make it difficult to teach and understand. Posted vs non-posted accounts for one makes reconciling difficult at times.

Expensive but Great for Multi-Entity Organizations
Commentaires: The set-up process was a lot of work but you do get an implementation team to help with the transition and they try to make it as easy as possible. They also offer training courses to use, and have an online support community. You are generally assigned an account representative (financial professionals who have actually used Sage) to assist with anything you might need.
Avantages:
The ability to be able to do the accounting and financials for a multi-entity organization within one system, and to have the ability to do both individual reporting as well as the reporting for the different entities combined has been a life saver. It has saved many hours of manual work we used to do.
Inconvénients:
Certain customization options are lacking, and it is a difficult program to learn how to use in the beginning (especially if you are coming from more simple online programs like QBO). It is also expensive and may not be worth the cost for a lot of organizations.
Alternatives envisagées :
Still beginners but growing into Sage
Avantages:
It will accommodate our organization for many years to come. We are able to automate processes and we are learning how to use features in Sage at a deeper level.
Inconvénients:
Our implementation was rough, but we have spoken to many who had lovely integrations and deployments! Speak up if you feel like your implementation team is just going through the motions.

Intacct - a solid quality solution
Commentaires: Had a great experience implementing the product. It has been years since we've made any significant changes. When we need support, they are responsive.
Avantages:
Ease of use. Once you learn the product it is very easy to use. Reliability: We have never experienced any downtime since we implemented the product
Inconvénients:
Budget module did not work for us. Time tracking is far more robust that what we need which makes it not worth the price. Reporting module was upgraded (definitely needed) and not happy with having to pay to upgrade to use it.
