It's not overestimating it when I say we use it every single day and I can't imagine working without it, it's now an essential part of our tech stack. The templates and conversation sync means we save even more time when contacting our clients. Things like facilitating bug reports and just real-time communication support. Using it was insisted by our sponsors. It was an OK experience, but for the type of communication we needed to do, a more developer centric way of communicating bugs and support items would be better for my lab. That's not to say Tuvis is a bad product, just not the best fit for me.
