Good features for the price, it does what we need it to
Avantages:
The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.
Inconvénients:
Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

Great all Round HR system and a great support team
Commentaires: Overall the systems implementation has gone very smoothly, with any issues quickly being resolved by the team at Cezanne. We are now working towards BAU in the company and all of our employees have found the system to be straightfoward to use.
Avantages:
The team behind Cezanne were definitely the best part of the system, they made implementation go smoothly and were always there to offer support as soon as we needed it, especially [sensitive content hidden]! I also like how much you can tailor the system to your specific company needs.
Inconvénients:
There are a few issues, but these are mostly small issues like not being able to add signatures to forms such as the probation reviews.
Cezanne not very intuitive
Commentaires: Nearly a year and still trying to get to grips with it
Avantages:
For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.
Inconvénients:
To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky
Cezanne - HaPPi
Commentaires: Positive, implementation expert has been very supportive in guiding us through the systems we are looking forward to a our launch.
Avantages:
We are in the processes of deploying Cezanne HR to all our staff, feedback so far is how easy it is to view and amend details in self service portal. We like the custom workflows and ability to manage tasks within the application.
Inconvénients:
The reference to Military and the Services, and that we are not able to remove this from the applications for Admins.

Commentaires: From the start I have had fantastic support from the team who have helped us to set up to make things work for us.
Avantages:
It has simplified a lot of the HR admin that we used to do manually.
Inconvénients:
There are occasional things that are not intuitive but the helpdesk is super quick at helping you work things out.

Commentaires: Great, I cannot fault it, I cannot see a reason to need to change provider anytime soon.
Avantages:
Its flexible, the customer service is great and if things do not go right, they put it right.
Inconvénients:
InRecruiting - the module is not that dynamic for an ATS of 2024.
HR Advisor
Commentaires: In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .
Avantages:
The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.
Inconvénients:
Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.

Commentaires: Excellent, easy to use and excellent customer service from the support team.
Avantages:
Cezanne is easy to use, it makes my life easier every day.
Inconvénients:
Nothing really, sometimes it take a while to remember all of the Administrator functions but once the system is set up it is fairly maintenance free,

Easy user friendly system from an administrator and employee perspective, lots of customisation options so that you can make it the right fit for the company.

The mobile app is currently quite limited, it covers the basics though and I am sure will be built on.

Commentaires: Generally very good and works how is required. A few user focused additions such as recurring time off could be useful.
Avantages:
It is useful to use for the core functions of booking time off and gathering overtime
Inconvénients:
Sometimes putting in absence requests can be a little long winded, especially if you wanted to book say a recurring friday off for 4 weeks you would need to do 4 seperate booking requests.

I cannot find a How To guide so always have to ask a colleague
Great experience
Commentaires: Very happy experience, Cezanne go above and beyond for any requests or projects we have raised with them.
Avantages:
The user interface is easy to use and clear, with sensible headings making navigation simple. Like the fact the payroll module bolts on and is seamless, meaning we can successfully submit payroll on time and correctly each month.
Inconvénients:
Initial training was quite short meaning there was a level of self training to be undertaken, but the Cezanne team have always been supportive and responsive if we have had any queries.
A simple and intuitive system
Commentaires: A good experience - we did not have anything similar before, and it's really handy to have everything together in one place. Booking and viewing holidays is now very simple
Avantages:
Nice and quick to use - very intuitive. Clear menus and several different views available (eg calendar or list views of booked holiday). Good to have everything useful together
Inconvénients:
It signs you out a little quickly. Would like more customisation of being able to view different colleagues' holidays (rather than just your line reports and your line manager's other reports)
It is very flexible and useful system and it is getting better
Commentaires: We probably could not find a better system for our needs so it definitely works fine for us and the level of support is quite good as well (support from actual people)
Avantages:
Flexibility - Our organisation is quite complex and with a lots of part-time staff. We need to tailor a lot of processes. Cezanne has a lot of functions for the company to set the system as they need it.
Inconvénients:
Sometimes there are still some functionality missing like with documents replacing future hours to be able to create a contract change document or some processes are very specific and it is very easy to set them wrong and make them fail.

Lack of synchronisation / payroll function for Asia

I like the range of functionality and ability to personalise just about everything.
Inconvénients:
The setting up or processes and sending out of documents on mass, can be very fiddly.
Cezanne HR - Administrator Review
Commentaires: A good database. Keen to use for talent management and workforce planning if the functionality allows. Also for it to interface with other systems at our organisation, such as accounts and projects so that the full lifecycle of a project can be monitored and managed.
Avantages:
Easy to use, set up new processes and make adjustments. All staff are comfortable using the system as self-service or administrators.Great account management and training.
Inconvénients:
Reporting functionality is good though being able to report between two date options (to enable a start date and an end date) rather than one date would be much better, particularly for audit purposes that use fiscal rather than calendar year.Having to delete and redo a process flow to change the process administrator (when an administrator leaves the organisation) is not effective.
Ideal HR Software for SMEs
Commentaires: We have a number of flexible working patterns and using Cezanne has automated calculating holiday entitlements. It is an easy to use, one-stop shop for storing and retrieving employee information. It has also been useful for capturing document storage and gathering electronic signatures to ensure employees have read changes to procedures or other important documents.
Avantages:
Cezanne was a great investment for our business as it helped to streamline and automate a number of manual processes that we had been carrying out. It is user friendly and cloud based allowing for easy use from home or on site.
Inconvénients:
Cezanne seems to have taken on board requests for improvement over the years and it has become much easier to use than in the early days.

Cezanne Use
Avantages:
The program makes it very easy to onboard a new hire and also very easy to terminate if needed. I especially like the categories for documentation.
Inconvénients:
I have sent emails for customer service assistance and have never heard back from anyone. In this case, I ended up clicking around and googling and figured it out myself.
Good out the box option with flexibility for SME
Commentaires: All customer service is very swift. Good product and service for the cost.
Avantages:
Everything is online and there are areas that can be customised such as work flows and processes for absence or performance management.
Inconvénients:
Some aspects of setting up flows can be time consuming. Some times reorganising a unit or company structure can be difficult with reporting lines.

Commentaires: Overall good and far better than People HR
Avantages:
Can bespoke the system to our needs. Good help from the team when deploying the product.
Inconvénients:
Forms don't always link to the new starter system meaning manual interventions are required.
Pleased to be using Cezanne HR
Avantages:
Great piece of software that is user friendly and has lots of functionality
Inconvénients:
As an administrator of the system, and 3rd party provider, I am keen to be able to own the majority of the new client implementation process so that I have greater control of managing timescales. I understand that this is something that will be an option in the near future.
My experience using Cezanne
Commentaires: Cezanne allows a variety of report running/data inputting. It provides us with what we require.
Avantages:
Once you understand how to use Cezanne it is easy and very useful to input and export data.
Inconvénients:
I feel would be better if there was a phone line we could call rather than all email tickets - as sometimes we need things resolving asap and can take 24 hours for ticket to be raised/resolved. Email ticket responses are helpful but would be quicker and easier to have a phone call.
