The automatic text recognition (OCR) also works very well and greatly simplifies the quick retrieval of stored documents. > > **Inconvénients**: While the user interface is very functional and clear, it looks a bit dated and not entirely modern. Furthermore, the initial learning curve for the administrative functions is somewhat time-consuming, which is simply due to the extensive range of features and numerous configuration options. However, once the system is set up to suit individual needs, these points become irrelevant in everyday use. The video tutorials were also helpful in this regard. > > Overall, my experience has been very positive. The transition to a largely paperless and structured filing system worked exceptionally well with bitfarm-Archiv. If you take the necessary time for proper configuration at the beginning, you'll have a system that runs absolutely smoothly. It noticeably saves me time in my daily work, both in filing documents and in subsequent searches. ## Liens - [Afficher sur Capterra](https://fr.capterra.be/software/125418/bitfarm-archiv-dms) ## Cette page est disponible dans les langues suivantes. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | ja | | | sv | | ----- ## Données structurées
