> **Inconvénients**: Il doit y avoir deux écrans post-enchères : l'un est une liste concise de tout ce qui n'a pas été vendu et l'autre répertorie tous ceux qui ont acheté quelque chose et ce qu'ils ont acheté.

> Difficile de battre la version gratuite, c'est donc une bonne chose, et le support client était réactif et compétent. Il a besoin d'une petite modification, mais je l'utiliserai à nouveau.

> **Avantages**: GalaBid is great all the way around, but what I appreciate most is the 24/7 live chat with a real person on the other end.  They are incredibly responsive and answer questions/fix problems in real time.  That kind of service is hard to find these days\!

> **Inconvénients**: This is a personal preference, but I think that the AI-generated descriptions are too long and wordy. It has been my experience that people at a silent auction are drinking and socializing and are not reading lengthy descriptions of the items they are bidding on.  Short and sweet, listing the high points is the way to go\!

> My overall experience is incredibly positive.  GalaBid is very easy to use, navigate, and understand, and the customer service is excellent.

> **Inconvénients**: I can't see the reserve and current bid in my back end view.  I can either see bids on each item, but not what the reserve is or I can see the reserve but can't see what the bids are at.  I don't want to have to download a report to see these details side by side.

> I would say it's been excellent. It's the 3rd time we've used it and it's been fantastic each time.  Having the free (with tip option) this time has made the experience even better.
