Toutes les informations dont le cimetière a besoin pour conserver des fichiers sur les clients sont en un seul endroit et faciles d'accès depuis n'importe quel ordinateur et/ou appareil intelligent. Je peux répondre aux questions lors de mes déplacements pour les membres de la famille qui sont curieux de savoir où leur proche est enterré. Ceci est inestimable pour moi. Le service client est incroyable et je ne suis jamais sans réponse à une question pendant plus de 24 heures. > > **Inconvénients**: J'ai l'impression que les fonctions d'impression de cartes pourraient être plus faciles à naviguer et à imprimer pour aider à localiser une tombe (comme avoir une liste des noms des tombes à proximité pour faciliter la recherche des familles). J'aimerais aussi qu'il y ait une place pour les prénoms et/ou la possibilité de mettre une place pour d'autres éléments. > > J'aime vraiment travailler avec les gens de Ramaker. The QuickBooks Online integration has been especially helpful in simplifying our back-office financial processes. What truly stands out is the support team — they’re accessible, patient, and genuinely helpful when questions arise. We’ve been so pleased with our experience that we are now integrating CIMS into our sister cemetery as well.
