We are able to track and tag donations for ease of reporting. Our management team has found the system easy to navigate and find answers to most of their questions without needing another staff member to get the answer for them. Nous n'avons pas utilisé initialement pour la communication par e-mail, mais ils ont amélioré cette fonctionnalité. Il est très compliqué d'ajouter ou de mettre à jour des enregistrements individuels, ce qui oblige l'utilisateur à entrer et à sortir de nombreux écrans et à se souvenir de signaler des éléments, tels que l'adresse préférée, et de ne pas oublier de cliquer sur un bouton d'enregistrement. Beaucoup trop d'étapes. Cela n'aide pas à la gestion des subventions. La gestion des événements n'est pas non plus bonne. It has easy to use out of the box reports, or you can use queries to deep dive to find information and data that you need. Donor Management is much easier in CE than our previous CRM, our recurring sustainers just run in the background, and with the built in Credit Card updater, we have a much higher donor retention than with our previous CRM. This feature alone is saving us money by helping us retain donors. > > **Inconvénients**: I have not found anything that I don't like, but if we find something that we think should be implemented to make things work smoother, we reach out with feedback and they usually take our suggestion and implement it. > > My experience with CE has been a great one, they are very helpful to help you learn new processes, they have help articles that teach you things step by step and they are always available when you need them. Our implementation process was smooth, and we were walked through it step by step. I am 4 years into working with CE and learn new things that this database can do regularly. They have webinars to show you how to use the features they currently have and webinars to introduce new features that will be rolling out, these new features are usually a suggestion from the non-profits using it.
