Commentaires: Using Lever has been transformative for our team. It's not just a tool, but a comprehensive solution that has revolutionized our hiring process. From the moment we started using it, we saw a significant improvement in our efficiency. The features are easy to use and cover all of our needs, even addressing needs we didn't know we had! While there's always room for improvement, Lever has truly exceeded our expectations and made a positive impact on our talent team's day-to-day operations.

Avantages:

Lever has been a game-changer for us! It’s like a one-stop-shop for all our hiring needs. From job descriptions to candidate data, everything is just a click away. And the best part? It’s got features we didn’t even know we needed until we had them!

Inconvénients:

Well, no system is perfect. If I had to pick, I’d say Lever could do a bit more when it comes to user access customization. It would be super helpful if we could create access profiles for different teams. But who knows, maybe that’s in the cards for a future update!

Implementation was too easy!

Commentaires: Tom was our implementation specialist and he was awesome to work with, made every step of the way extremely easy and we wrapped this up very quick.

Avantages:

I have been using Lever for years and I wanted my new company to start using it instead of Greenhouse. The functionality is easier to use and it makes the day to day flow effortlessly with our TA team.

Inconvénients:

There are some features it is lacking that I hope they release very soon, it would make our lives a lot easier

Avantages:

Good entry level product, does the basic job of an ATS.

Inconvénients:

Hard to consolidate candidate profiles. No function on org chart /workforce planning. Requisition approval is too simple, hard to work with finance on budget planning.

Avantages:

The robust candidate management system, the referral management process, the interview scheduling, the overall ease of use of the system.

Inconvénients:

Job lists don't sync up with LinkedIn. Have to paste whole descriptions in the intro box. Not a big deal.

Commentaires: It's been an awesome experience from purchase to implementation. I love using it daily! It's a great tool that allows me to do my job efficiently and effectively as a recruiter.

Avantages:

The implementation was great. We had a very clear plan, direction and the weekly meetings were a bright spot in our weeks. The system was easy to use, customize and implement! Recruiter experience - we can save time by utilizing our job posting and candidate templates. We can leverage utilizing multiple locations on job postings. Being able to duplicate job postings is a huge efficiency add. Having the opening and closing statements for postings is also a win. As for sifting through applicant traffic, the archive + email functionality (especially the delay email!) is huge in staying on top of all applicants that apply.

Inconvénients:

It's more on our end - our security team is very small and they weren't able to grant clearance to utilize Lever with the sync functionality. Being limited in this way limits our level of efficiency of use within the system.

I always said I would build the perfect ATS someday as every system seems to be lacking something. Then I found Lever - it's like they read my mind every step of the way! What do I like? Ease of use - built from the perspective of a recruiter Fantastic implementation support (Mary is AMAZING and she knows her stuff!!!) Excellent and prompt customer service/support

Inconvénients:

Nothing When I have felt something was missing, I submitted to request and was either shown how to do it or was told it is currently being worked on. very progressive and growing system.

Avantages:

I think the ease of use is great with Lever, able to have hiring manager review / move candidates along while using the reporting aspect of it to showcase your work.Also the integration part is great as it can integrate with various platform like Hired.com, HireEZ, and of course GEM for sourcing.

Inconvénients:

Not much except there's too much updates or info coming from Lever. I wish they could lower their noise with updates and notification.

If you're looking for a new ATS, look at Lever!

Commentaires: We recently adopted Lever as our new ATS. At the beginning of our ATS search, we went through several demos with other systems, but Lever was the obvious choice for us right from the beginning.
Not only did the system offer everything we needed from a new ATS, the customer service at Lever was top notch. [sensitive content hidden]

In my 14-15+ years, I can hands-down say that I have never received such exceptional customer service and support like I did with [sensitive content hidden]. not only is a Lever subject matter expert, but he is passionate about what he does and it shines through in every conversation. Avantages:

Lever is not only easy to use, but the support we received when integrating was top notch. We were able to configure it to our company structure with multiple companies and users and it was less daunting with [sensitive content hidden], our implementation specialist alongside us the whole way!

Commentaires: Overall 4/5. There are things that I would change but as I said it does the job. At the end of the day, it is all a question of your usage, your team, the scale of the business, and ofc your budget. Lever is a great solution if you have a small team under 10 recruiters, company size under 1k, and a small budget to operate with. If you know how to run scrappy and get things done, Lever is a solid choice.

Avantages:

Simple.Intuitive. Extremely easy to onboard new recruiters and get them up to speed. All the basic functionality to run a quick process is there. Not expensive - for the price point I would say delivers a lot of value.

Inconvénients:

Not innovative. They accept feedback - but nothing gets implemented. Even simple things that should take no time. I wish they were listening to the customers who are using the product every day - we want to help and make Lever better.

Lever: an ATS that delivers on its promises!

Avantages:

We transitioned to Lever from a previous ATS, we were looking for more functionality and a wider range of features for reporting purposes. [sensitive content hidden], our implentation specialist, was absolutely amazing. We had weekly calls with [sensitive content hidden], who walked us through a different Lever feature, answered every question, assisted greatly in mapping our historical data over, and was avalible via email for my team whenever they needed her. Understanding the system and being guided during the process was so valuable - the Visual Insights (reporting) has allowed us to view data in ways we've never been able to before. Scheduling is also SO much easier, the Recruiting team has nothing but wonderful things to say about how user friendly the plattform is. We've also began using candidate experience surveys, to boost our candidate experience, and are planning to utilize additional features offered down the road. I feel Lever has quickly and truly become a part of our core systems, anytime I have a question Lever support is so helpful and fast as lightning to answer.

Inconvénients:

Our Offer process is currently outside of the ATS, the esignature integration we use does not connect with Lever. Docusign is the only option if we want to utilize Lever's Offer process, so we're looking into it. I would love to see more integrations! The Visual Insights were launched with Lever's Winter Release, I am not a fan currently of the exporting options - but I know this is a function Lever is actively working to improve!

Commentaires: [sensitive content hidden] was an amazing implementation specialist and project manager, he made sure that everything was smooth and answered all of my questions. It's been a really positive and enjoyable experience.

Avantages:

I like Lever's scheduling tool the most. I also like the home page interviews, approval requests and feedback dashboards.

Inconvénients:

I wish that we could buffer time slots between calls and limit how many calls can be scheduled in the easy-book link per day.

Commentaires: Overall very good - many members of the business use the software and have found it to be easy to use and meet their recruitment needs.

Avantages:

Lever makes the end-to-end recruitment process easy. From adding an open position through to reviewing applications, filtering candidates, communicating with candidates and ultimately making the hire. Lever enables you to review CVs received within the software and enables a frictionless process when recruiting. It also provides a front-end product which can be used for internal and external vacancies. The layout of the job listings is clear and straightforward.

Inconvénients:

With a high number of candidates it can sometimes be different to sort in an efficient manner.

Amazing product for hiring

Commentaires: As a software developer I can only recommend this product as it is simple and focusses only what is actual needed in a hiring pipeline.

Avantages:

I like the simple interface it has because it does not have any clutter. You can easily see the details of the candidate, it was simple to change the candidate assessment fields to match the company's progression framework and I also like that it sends reminders about upcoming events.

Inconvénients:

I honestly cannot mention anything I would like to improve as it fully satisfies my needs. I am only referring candidates and interviewing them so I cannot speak about the price of the service or how easy it was to integrate it with other HR tools.
