The fact that it covers every HR need in one place is a big plus

Commentaires: I am addressing the issue of digitizing and automating human resources procedures. When I first joined the firm, there was some resistance to adopting "the cloud." With my increasing use of UKG, I am facilitating faster data access and a more fluid technological experience for everyone.

Avantages:

UKG Ready is an excellent payroll administration system for small and medium-sized businesses. Payroll duties can be handled conveniently from any location with online access. Customers are able to automate and streamline crucial processes with the use of automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, integration, higher productivity, and mobile apps.

Inconvénients:

The thing I despise most about UKG is not a fault with UKG per se, but rather an issue that UKG is likely to face: adoption. Adoption is not as robust as it could be because of a small percentage of long-term employees who are reluctant to embrace change.

UKG Ready for a mobile workforce

Avantages:

Fairly easy to use and helpful for mobile and off site employees to clock in and out.

Inconvénients:

The authentication defaults to constantly verifying if you don't change it. This was annoying for staff until we learned to set it for longer.

Avantages:

The robust integration within the platform

Inconvénients:

Often times is glitchy with regards to the learning modules

Intuitive Product - Easy to Navigate

Commentaires: Easy to access, book an appointment or vacation day.

Avantages:

Having instant access to pay history, year-end slips, time off status.

Inconvénients:

That all our performance reviews are not uploaded in UKG as well.

Great timekeeping for emplyees

Commentaires: It is very easy to use on a biweekley bases to approve my time card for my manger and it is clear what my earned time hours are

Avantages:

It is very easy to request time off and approve my time card

Wish We Chose Different Software

Commentaires: Pretty horrible with one exception. We LOVED our implementation specialist, Ivy Miranda. However the "Solutions Consultant" was a pompous ass when we ran into problems and the Relationship Manager was not of much help.

Avantages:

The Benefits Module is user friendly. But even with that, the EDI team is non-responsive sometimes and we've had trouble with data on carrier invoices.

Inconvénients:

Performance Module: We abandoned it because: i.Menus are confusing. The word "Comments" is hard coded and it means "Submit." Therefore saving and submitting was hard. ii.Several people didn't understand how to use the "goals" systems. Recruitment Module: Clunky. Could not drag and drop resumes to email and other problems. We abandoned it. Compensation Module: Could not even finish implementation. 2 parts of the system do not "talk to each other" so we could not display information for primary positions and secondary positions in the same report. Core HR: Requires dual entry in several fields because the 2 part of the system do not share data. It's like 2 separate systems cobbled together. Infuriating.

UKG review

Commentaires: I joined a organization. They used UKG to keep track of hours we worked, shifts that are available, track of my PTO. It made so easy for me to see everything and track everything.

Avantages:

I liked the way it kept track of my every shifts and hours I had worked and many more

Inconvénients:

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was good and clear.

Commentaires: Its been great and has made payroll easier than other platforms I have used.

Avantages:

I find it really helpful for payroll and have used a lot but this is one of the more simple.

Inconvénients:

I don't love how there are not templates for use.

Commentaires: UKG Ready has given evaluations the required transparency, enhanced the values ​​of self-criticism among employees and enabled them to manage their relationships and work affairs efficiently.

Avantages:

I like that UKG Ready is like an employee's bag. Everything is in the same place, we can easily access information about our job status and progress according to KPIs. I liked the ease of documenting the start and end of official working hours and the accuracy of documentation, issuing a payslip, scheduling vacations or requesting leave directly from the employee's page. I liked the ease of approving goals with UKG Ready, and I liked the ease of sharing them with direct managers by updating them and issuing reports about them. What UKG Ready provides in terms of dashboards that display progress according to each KPI independently, and the transparency of accessing and reviewing evaluations is very motivating to put in more effort.

Inconvénients:

UKG Ready has not overlooked anything, is easy to use, and ensures real-time notifications that keep us up to date with updates.

UKG for the Win

Commentaires: As I mention before my job uses this and it is very convent

Avantages:

I love this software because you the freedom to view your schedule, request time off, and check your schedule from the comfort of your home. My job uses this, and I absolutely think that it is wonderful.

Inconvénients:

The only con that I have is that it can be difficult to fix your timecard if you miss a punch in or out.

Commentaires: I love the software, I used while working at a call center, it’s not the easiest site to use but once you play around with it for a bit, you get the hang of it. I loved being able to access all my paystubs & direct deposit information in one place.

Moving to Ukg Ready from Kronos Workforce Central

Commentaires: Responsive support, an excellent Team atmosphere. they have been very helpful with our many custom needs

the interface is much better than we had, filter groups really help. making reports and customizations are much improved

perfect for small to mid-size companies

Avantages:

UKG Ready is solution that simplifies managing talent, payroll, and time, so teams can concentrate on growth and truly make a difference for their people. The good thing is it also has a phone application. I tried the android version of their app which was very satisfactory.

Inconvénients:

It could be more compatible with large size companies considering the fact that many companies that starts with UKG grow very fast.

Easy to Use Payroll & Time Management Solution

Avantages:

The product is easy to use and the home screen is customizable so you have easy access to the most frequently used features and reports. UKG also offers a wide variety of training/education opportunities, including free webinars.

Inconvénients:

It would be helpful if Kronos/UKG allowed multiple tabs open, especially when reviewing timesheets for approvals and making sure there aren't any timesheet change requests or time off requests pending approval. As soon as you try to open a new tab, it forces you to close the original tab. Additionally, UKG is not fully integrated with New World ERP and the accrued/used time off balances are not always accurate.

Minimal yet Efficient

Commentaires: I am satisfied with UKG Ready and the KRONOS application for timestamps.

How easily I can see my time stamps and how the information displayed can be adjusted by time frame.

Inconvénients:

My login does not save, but that could be my own browser settings.
