Significant time savings. Based on HTC's experience, Property Inspect reduces the overall inspection process by approximately 30 minutes per property, allowing surveyors to spend more time on higher-value activities.
User-friendly interface. The mobile app and desktop portal are intuitive and easy to use, requiring minimal training and making adoption straightforward for staff.
Professional reporting. Reports are produced quickly and present a far more polished and client-friendly output than traditional Word-based inspection reports.
Flexibility. The platform can be used for routine inspections, photographic schedules, agency reports and a wide range of other property-related tasks.

Customer support absolutely brilliant on set up and ongoing although the system is so reliable they are barely needed. Great value as when I looked at about 15 different platforms and this one was by far the best.
