Once client data is entered communication is a joy as all forms, documents and really anything with data can be prefilled for you. Having my billing and accounting under the same umbrella and connected to Quickbooks is just a pleasure as well as a time saver. > > **Inconvénients**: There are a few items that are clunky, like no middle name or initial block.
