NEVER give this company a credit card. > > I tried to reduce the number of seats we are charged for with their online tool and they charged for double the number of seats. After a week, the only response to multiple inquiries is "You have to call on the phone," but their site provides no phone number. But I'm not offended: they also refuse to respond to the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Either Box is terribly managed or they actually care more about a few thousand dollars than about their reputation as corporate pirates.
