La communauté permet également d'ajouter autant de sujets que l'on souhaite et d'en commenter d'autres. > > **Inconvénients**: L'application ne m'a pas demandé avec quel agenda synchroniser, j'ai donc accepté l'agenda complet, mais je ne l'ai pas trouvé dans mon agenda Outlook. I felt like I had to look around to find things like the floor layout a lot. What I don't like is this response interface I'm typing into right now. It has, for each box, a minimum number of characters it allows and it shows in in the form of a fraction. I was confused and shortened each of my messages to fall below 100 characters only to come back and have to add back in to make this review process work. Below each box it should state 100 Characters Minimum: (\#CharCount). That makes it way easier to understand(intuative). It only explains it after you try to submit... (Minimum of 100 characters not met). Here's my experience. I saw the fraction and I didn't even proceed to read "min." I'm just used to having to fix a response to fit into a limited context, I went into auto-pilot when filling this in. > > I'd say it was pretty good. I kept asking people at the conference if they had gotten my message and they had not because they didn't open the app and see it. I'd like it to pop-up as a phone notification. Le système traitait toutes les ventes, mais c'est là que les problèmes ont commencé. > > **Inconvénients**: Des champs obligatoires ont été ignorés, ce qui a entraîné des problèmes de livraison, car les adresses postales (qui devaient être saisies manuellement) n'ont pas été collectées. Les acheteurs n'étaient pas inscrits comme participants et la gestion d'un groupe de participants était complexe. Le système n'est ni intuitif ni facile à utiliser. Une liste d'acheteurs peut être téléchargée, mais elle n'est pas formatée pour être importée et envoyer des e-mails pour obtenir des instructions supplémentaires. Dans d'autres cas, les options d'e-mail sont des messages Whova pré-enregistrés, non modifiables, et créent de la confusion parmi les participants à l'événement en raison de leur formulation maladroite. Il s'agit d'un système mal conçu, qui s'efforce de tout faire sans pour autant s'attaquer aux fondamentaux. > > Il était difficile d'envoyer des messages personnalisés aux acheteurs et d'inscrire les participants. Whova manque de flexibilité et privilégie les ventes et l'autopromotion. La technologie et l'automatisation ont pour but de gagner du temps.
