Très deçu

Commentaires: J'ai annulé mon compte suite à un problème technique pour lequel clickmeeting refuse de me rembourser une partie des frais. en tant que organisateur après plusieurs tests, mon publique ne m'a pas entendu alors que le micro était allumé.J'ai du me reconnecter et ai finalement réussi à être entendu après 15 minutes. Pas terrible pour une première. En tant que débutant pour les webinars j'avais besoin de l'outil pour une séance (unique dans un premier temps) Je n'avais pas compris que mon compte allait être reconduit sur le mois suivant automatiquement. J'ai également surestime le nombre de participants et donc payé plus cher que nécessaire. Le deuxième mois m'a été facturé (prolongé) sans que j'ai eu besoin d'une prestation. Le fait que leur service clientèle "primé" n'était pas d'accord pour rembourser cette sur-dépense me paraît abusé, même si tout est certainement contractualisé quelque part sur leur site. J'allais organiser d'autres webinars occasionnels mais tenu compte des conditions limitatives et peu ajustées par rapport aux réels besoins des clients je ne donnerai pas suite. Je trouve que les services ne vont pas du tout dans le sens du client et sont loin des services client proposés par Apple, Uber ou Amazon. La phrase "Nous sommes connus pour notre service clientèle primé" est un abus de confiance vue de ma perspective.

Avantages:

Liste CSV et vidéo facile à télécharger.

Inconvénients:

Mauvaise ergonomie, très difficile à configurer, lors mon premier (et dernier) webinar le publique ne m'a pas entendu pendant un moment alors que le microphone était allumé. J'ai du me reconnecter pour me faire entendre. Le service client est très décevant et pas du tout orienté dans le sens de la satisfaction client. La phrase "Nous sommes connus pour notre service clientèle primé" est un abus de confiance vue de ma perspective.

Très bon outil de webinar mais trop instable

Commentaires: Très bon webinar avec un bon rapport qualité / prix comparer au marché. Solution polonaise donc pas EU, ça change !
Fonctionnalités très pratiques et usage dans les systèmes d'information aisé contrairement à d'autres qui nécessitent une installation. En revanche, trop aléatoire sur la stabilité, je me suis souvent retrouvé avec des problèmes de son ou de connexions.

Avantages:

- Fonctionnalités pratiques comme les sondages et l'enregistrement - Rappels automatiques - Statistiques post webinar - URL de remerciement

Inconvénients:

- Trop instable avec des deconnexions intempestives - Coupures sons - Service client anglais et peu aidant, on nous redirige toujours vers des tips et jamais on ne nous apporte de vraies solutions

Amazing Software

I like that it is very easy to use. It is easily integrable and my team loves it.

It's user friendly, beautiful tool. It's easy to use. Support team is very efficient, fast and friendly. No bug. the automation is wonderful, with monitoring and follow-up, fully configurable.

Inconvénients:

white label customization is too expensive. We did not do it. we cannot choose a picture from us for the background of the waiting room, it is paying and too expensive for us but the pics offered by Clickmeeting were finally enough for us.

Alternatives envisagées : Zoom Events and Webinars et Livestorm

Pourquoi choisir ClickMeeting : webex was too expensive and very complicated to configure. Webikeo was too expensive.

Pourquoi passer à ClickMeeting : easier to use, support available in French and a little cheaper.

Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Commentaires: Terrible. Customer service was extremely slow, they hung up on me online several times and when I finally got through they either lied to me or didn't follow through. I have now spent 7 hours total cancelling an account that I tried out that was supposed to be a demo and was never used.

Inconvénients:

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

Great for Webinars

Commentaires: We hold webinars about once per month and using ClickMeeting makes this process so simple. The automation that is built in is a huge time saver. I set up the webinar and can sit back and watch it all in action as people register. Even the follow up is automated. I highly recommend this platform for webinars or meetings.

Avantages:

I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.

Inconvénients:

I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus
