I have a software background and I appreciate how simple and intuitive it is. So many details I don't have to think through because the back-end is handling it. Makes my inspectors faster, effective and clients love the reports. > > **Inconvénients**: I don't like that Spectora acts like it isn't collecting data on defects behind the scenes. I literally was the COO of customer experience a company that has a similar platform, similar interface and provided analytics to Fortune500 clients. As a user, I need to be able to get raw extracts on how many times defects are selected, by who, in what areas, etc. Support has told me this data does not exist, which is nonsense. They caved into some public pressure then went back now. It was simple, fast, and easy to use on a tablet while performing inspections on site. Unfortunately, I have found the newer software much more difficult to use. It has too many steps, runs more slowly, and has frequent glitches that make inspections less efficient. The old version was much more user-friendly and better suited for fieldwork. I have used Spectora for approximately 15 years and was a loyal customer for a long time. However, since the software changed, I have started considering other inspection software companies. The presentation to the client, the viewability, the flow, the integrations with third party service, synchronization from the mobile app, it is as close to flawless as a program can come. The AI support feature, Fin, answers 99% of my questions, or helps me learn the software better. The templates are customizable.
