Commentaires: Limble CMMS est un GMAO excellente muni de fonctionnalités qui s'adaptent aux différents secteurs d'activité. Il est facile à utiliser et offre la possibilité de visualiser les données d'analyse en temps réel afin d'améliorer la prise de décision.
Avantages:
C'est un logiciel qui vise à simplifier la gestion des activités de maintenance pour les entreprises pour les aider à suivre et à gérer leurs opérations de manière plus efficace.Parmi ses fonctionnalités se trouvent: la gestion des ordres de travail, la planification et l'affectation des tâches de maintenance, le suivi des actifs et la gestion des stocks, l'établissement des calendriers de maintenance préventive, la collecte de données et la génération de rapports.

Limble has been instrumental in implementing a maintenance reliability program here at RIE. As a power user and for the operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is user-friendly. I like that anyone can submit a work request without needing to log into Limble, and I like that the requestors get updates on the work requests they submit. Customer service for Limble is remarkable, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always answers my questions in a very timely fashion. [sensitive content hidden]did an excellent job teaching me the ropes of Limble, and I am very pleased to have those training recordings and all the great training on Limble's YouTube channel.
Inconvénients:
I have not found anything I dislike about Limble. It is extremely customizable, so if there is something you don't like or you want to add something, you are more than likely able to change/add those things in Limble.

Avantages:
The ease of use is the best part of the product. We were able to import our past data and keep our maintenance history. The inventory function is superior to our previous product. [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful with our transition.
Inconvénients:
Importing data takes a little getting use to, but works once you have the spreadsheets formatted correctly. We cannot import old purchase orders, but we have found a work around.
Easy to learn and implement
Commentaires: Great. Very responsive team through the exploration and implementation phase. The product fits our needs perfectly.
Avantages:
Very simple to use. The ability to create a tasked list makes it easy prevent steps from being missed.
Inconvénients:
There have been a couple of features that would be nice to add. The Limble team is very good at addressing them with entering requests for future development.
Simple and easy to understand interface
Commentaires: I mean it’s a management system. Works as intended. Simple system. Doesn’t have the ability to do complex tasks or to configure in a way to keep everything out of the way. I have used way more complex and advanced systems at my previous employers. They are definitely way more advanced but require a much larger learning curve. Decent introductory software.
Avantages:
Simple interface is probably the most I can say about limble. Able to understand easily with almost no learning curve.
Inconvénients:
Drop down set ups and configurations. Not having the ability to assign what shows up for different shifts. Not being able to assign tags and options to assets. It clutters WO’s with useless information.
Highly recommend this software to any maintenance team looking for a new and better experience.
Commentaires: 10 out of 10 experiences with switching over to this software so far and it has only been 1-month at the time of writing. Excited to see where this platform can bring us with making our maintenance team more efficient.
Avantages:
What I liked most about the Limble CMMS software was how customizable it is to our business's needs. All businesses are unique in their own way, and I think being able to have a maintenance software that can be customized to fit any business need is very beneficial. I really enjoy how innovative this team and software feels as well, the team always seems like they are trying to find ways to improve their system to make it better in every way possible. Striving for better should be in every company's playbook and this software is definitely doing what they can to always be better.
Inconvénients:
I have no negative feedback currently for Limble CMMS.

My Experience with Limble
Commentaires: My overall experience with Limble has been great. It’s easy to use, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy, and has streamlined communication and coordination with tenants. It’s become the backbone of our operation, with most of our communications and tracking running through it now.

it streamlines communication and coordination with my staff and with my tenants, simplifies time tracking and logging, and is user-friendly even for those who aren't tech-savvy—my team picked it up quickly despite a brief learning curve
Inconvénients:
The lack of flexibility in customizing the interface and editing options without upgrading to a more expensive version, which can be tough for smaller companies like mine
Simply the Best
Commentaires: My experience with Limble is extremely positive. Especially with the outstanding support of [sensitive content hidden] methodically guiding my team through the configuration. The approach he takes builds upon the previous time spent. There are so many configuration options to choose from but he puts you at ease and works through it with you.
Avantages:
Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs. What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager [sensitive content hidden]. His friendly approach is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage. His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system. He even introduced us to features we've never even thought of using! On top of the coaching sessions, he's always available for questions outside of our scheduled meetings!

What drew me in, personally, was the real time notifications. The previous CMMS we used was the same cost, and yet, not efficient at all. As the production controller, this feature saves the team and I a ton of time. Also, [sensitive content hidden] , our Limble CSM, was very helpful in getting us setup. Very knowledgeable and made the transfer so easy. She has been a delight to work with.
Inconvénients:
This is hard because, 1. I have only been using Limble for about 2 months and there are still a lot of areas I have yet to dive into. 2. Everything has been so simple. From our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] , to transfer and operation, SO FAR, I have only positive remarks to say.

Commentaires: It is easy to work with in setting up assets and PM once I got into a groove. The help and training were very helpful and the assistance from Limble was very pleasant and patient with my lack of computer skills. The aura was very nice it was like she could feel my pain in not knowing what I was doing and helped out the best to her ability.
Avantages:
The looks and setup of software. Price was affordable and liked it presentation to hook you in.
Inconvénients:
Really had no cons just my own computer knowledge hindered me a little.

Commentaires: The setup and support were exceptional. Our needs were assessed and we were given the appropriate information to get us started and grow the system. There is plenty of online help via chat or videos that are easy to follow. There are many options to display the data to fit our needs.
Avantages:
I like providing customers an easy way to submit a work order though QR codes and how Limble provides updates on the status of the work order submitted. We can customize QR codes to different assets, locations, and vehicles.
Inconvénients:
I don't have any major complaints. I might prefer a display of data that looks a little more like an Excel spreadsheet.
Limble is a CMMS company
Commentaires: We absolutely love Limble and have never looked back to our old system. The team was very easy to work with and patiently walked us through the crossover from old to new. If you are considering Limble, take the plunge!
Avantages:
The simple visual reporting is exactly what our executive team was looking for in a CMMS. The endless limitations of Limble have been probably one of the biggest surprises for us. The QR codes for our assets. The QR codes that link to schematics and other attachments to assets.
Inconvénients:
My technicians would like to be able to not receive emails from the Limble system when they are not working. We haven't found a simple way to stop those while they are away.
Limble experience & training has been a breeze
Commentaires: My overall experience with Limble had been nothing but topnotch. We know we can always reach out if we have any questions and it wont take long for a response with the answers. We are always able to jump on a zoom call as well if we need help within the program.
Avantages:
Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but amazing through the process of us setting up our limble account. This program was easy to learn, and with the help of Limble we were able to easily set everything up and get the information from our old system easily put into our Limble program.
Inconvénients:
It took some tweaking within the program for us to exactly or close to what we needed so it ran like our old program, but there was always someone there who was able to answer questions when needed and get us the correct instructions on how to so what we were looking to do.

Commentaires: Overall, our experience has started out well. Customer support has been excellent, not only in evaluation/selection phase, but also in setup/transition to implementation, and implementation process. The CSM team has been very supportive.
Avantages:
Mobile accessibility is great, and the system is generally easy to set up and work with.
Inconvénients:
The reporting widgets are somewhat limited. Data can be exported for deeper analysis, but we want to keep as much as possible in the system. Would also like to see a scheduling system and more developed inventory control and replenishment systems.

Commentaires: Our experience with Limble has been great. I feel like the process went smoothly due to the support of our Customer Success Manager, Ciro Cuellar.
Avantages:
The pros would be the systems flexibility and our Customer Success Managers assistance with setup and issues.
Inconvénients:
It would be nice to see how others have set up their systems in a University setting. Examples would have probably been helpful for assisting with the initial set up.

Commentaires: I recommend Limble to anyone exploring CMMS options. It is simply the best software in all levels of user and implementation.
Avantages:
Limble allowed for a comprehensive system of maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and tracking of a complex food production facility, restaurant, and marketplace. The support team are all real people who know the product and respond quickly and completely. The Limble team is open to new ideas and implements new features regularly.
Inconvénients:
There is a level of complexity that many people aren't willing to work through. This is a feature, not a bug and allows for developing more understanding of equipment and facility details.

I like the ease and operation of Limble. Work orders along with the QR codes make creating work orders simple for anyone that sees a problem to create one. I like the parts management; it allows me to keep track of my inventory and alerts me when we are getting low.
