I now have to use a separate schedule because its down or not working more often than not. The bank for processing payments is piss poor so we can’t even use it. There is no patient ledger- only way is to go to each DOS to see where to add payment etc. The system is slow and customer service is awful. > > Causing more problems requires me to keep paper notes, paper ledger, and separate scheduling and payment methods. The breaking point was tonight when the site was down because they didn’t renew the SSL certification. How? They get 30/60/90 day reminders.
