Easy to use and easy to implement
Commentaires: Equipment booking and management is much easier compared to running everything from different excel sheets, outlook calendars, etc. User feedback has been excellent so we're very happy with this system.
Avantages:
Our lab booking was run off of outlook/sharepoint calendars which became problematic as our site expanded, such as bookings not syncing or double-bookings. QReserve provided the solution to these issues and more with usage reports. The ease-of-use is a key feature and very little training (if any) was required for users to start using. Managing resources and users is also very easy from an admin point-of-view and the customisation of each resource is fantastic.
Inconvénients:
Very little to complain about. Any ideas we have had for improvement, QReserve have welcomed the feedback and added features in their updates.

Commentaires: Fantastic, I would absolutely implement again. It was a software solution that easily scaled up with the business too. Even our not-so-techy employees use and love it.
Avantages:
Qreserve's team is super helpful and responsive. We had a lot of complex software requirements to implement. We were able to figure out how to do most of them on our own, but the last couple we needed advice. Qreserve's team answered our questions and sometimes provided even better ways to do things over email in usually just a couple hours.
Inconvénients:
Having users verify their password during sign-up confuses many users

Great tool with excellent customer service
Commentaires: Overall we've had a great experience with QReserve. The platform itself is very comprehensive and can fit practically any use case with enough tinkering with the settings, and the user-friendly interface meant our staff and general users got comfortable with the system quickly. By far the best part of using QReserve has been the team behind it - they are quick to respond to any questions about the product, and critical bugs or issues are rectified within days or even hours of being brought up.

Huge assortment of features and functionality, comprehensive documentation, and a development team that is very quick to help and very open to feedback
Inconvénients:
The amount of settings and features can sometimes be overwhelming

Avantages:
QReserve is a highly customisable schedule management app that works better than anything else. We have used a number of scheduling softwares to manage booking of our hundreds of pieces of lab equipment across multiple sites, and QReserve is clearly the best. The interface is easy to use for both admin and end users, and the additional modules mean you can customise a cost-effective solution for your business.

We have been using QReserve for more than 2 years now and so far we haven't had any issues. It is extremely flexible.

Well, so far we do not have any specific item which we can say we do not like. I guess user interface can be a little better.
