I think the referral feature is especially useful for customer acquisition. I think the customer interface is great and looks fantastic on the website. The customer support has also been fantastic. > > **Inconvénients**: I think it would be useful if there were more options for tailoring notifications in the app, although this can be achieved by integration with Klaviyo (or similar providers). I also think it would be super helpful to have the option to let the customer earn points by signing up to our mailing list. At the moment, we have to get customers to sign up to the Loyalty Programme and email marketing list separately, so we use two different popups. It would be better if this could be integrated, so the customer signs up to the Loyalty Programme, and then from there they can sign up to the mailing list (and earn points as an incentive). > > We only launched the programme a week ago but my overall impression has been great. Customers have started engaging with the programme straight away, and we have already started seeing customers redeeming rewards, and have just had our first referral\!
