Commentaires: I feel comfortable recommending this product to any office. I think they would be able to use the templates and customization to suit the offices' needs.
Avantages:
The format s easier to read, less eye strain. The colors are easy to distinguish from the font color. I spend a lot of the time in front of the computer.
Inconvénients:
almost too cute icons, Some of the transitions have these little cartoons. Maybe this is targeting the younger workforce.

Avantages:
1. Ease of use and Design. We don't have to train people to use Health cloud. 2. Very Scalable and many sales force features can be embedded.
Inconvénients:
I felt a price is bit high as compared to SaaS products. More functionality like auto scrapping would be really useful anyday.
