What initially appeared to be a simple setup quickly turned into a frustrating process. I made a purchase under the impression that I would be able to utilize a custom number, only to find out shortly afterward that this was not actually an option. When I called for clarification, the customer service representative, Lexi, responded with an unprofessional attitude and failed to clearly explain the process or offer any practical solutions. The lack of helpful support only added to the confusion and frustration. I will say that the manager, Wendy, was more professional and took the time to explain how the company operates and what services are actually available. However, another major drawback is that refunds are handled strictly through email correspondence and can take 3–5 business days to process.
