We created SIC (Short Interval Control) Leader positions in each shift who help operate XL displays and use alert barcodes and explanations to inform all relevant people about the weaknesses. Shift, daily meetings are being done regarding these reports, alerts to take the corrective, preventive actions. OEE moved from 40% to 70% over the years. The software has yet to fail us for any feature we've wanted for tracking our line performance and has been easy to integrate with a custom HMI. > > **Inconvénients**: The only cons with the platform that I've encountered are really just tradeoffs, they trade an inability to do one thing for the ability to better track or do another thing.
