I love the fact that my customers know when I'm on my way to their pool, they know when I leave, they know what services I performed while I was there, and not only do they get a text when I finish, but they also get an e-mail containing a detailed report along with photos of their sparling clean pool\! Having to set up a specific work order to draw auto pay can be time consuming and difficult for different customers. > > Amazing. L'application est bugguée et, pendant la première année d'utilisation, chaque fois que nous nous plaignions d'un problème logiciel, l'équipe de Skimmer nous le reprochait : soit notre connexion internet était mauvaise, soit nos mises à jour étaient obsolètes, soit le logiciel n'était pas conçu pour être utilisé avec Chrome. Ils n'ont jamais accepté d'en assumer la responsabilité. La facturation intégrée au programme est promise depuis plus d'un an. Elle n'est toujours pas prête. Maintenant, la possibilité de transférer les factures vers QuickBooks est défectueuse. Cela fait plus d'une semaine que cela ne fonctionne plus, et tout ce que nous recevons, c'est « Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée ». > > Aucun bénéfice, juste de la douleur.
