> **Inconvénients**: Les erreurs d'installation sont trop vagues. Si le mot de passe est incorrect, l'erreur est « Erreur de téléchargement ». Il ne s'agit pas d'un problème d'installation du logiciel, mais d'un problème d'authentification.

Additionally, their support team is highly responsive and solution-oriented, ensuring any technical needs are addressed promptly. It is a reliable platform that significantly enhances our overall service offering.

> **Inconvénients**: The primary drawback we found is that the pricing is quite high for a full branded app. For a business offering virtual PBX services, the investment required for white-labeling can be tough to justify, especially when working with smaller client numbers. Beyond the initial setup, we found that several features we expected to be included are actually extra paid add-ons. This increases the total cost of ownership significantly over time. We believe the value would be much better if more features were bundled together.
