Time tracking, billing, workflow automation, payment processing, scheduling, I mean it’s all there. They continue to make improvements and it’s amazing. The customer service is unmatched they are always available and willing to help. The entire tax management process is seamless it allows for step-by-step support. The organizers are easily reviewed and edited, the pipelines when set up properly allow the workflow to go over easy, and the tax return delivery amongst the abilities to tick mark and never into a single PDF are just game changers. The price has gone up but it still saves a tons of money\! > > **Inconvénients**: It is a bit difficult to get acclimated to. You’ll have to take some time to get the automations set up properly and to create a process that flows. Once you do that it’s great. I've been very frustrated with the "New Features" that are listed as coming out on a certain date. Then that date comes and goes and it's STILL not available. For months and months past when it was originally stated to come out. I need to be able to delete a payment from an invoice if the client's payment fails, but this is not an option. Also, the lack of being able to apply a partial payment in many cases is just ridiculous. > > I've been very frustrated with the "New Features" that are listed as coming out on a certain date.
