> **Avantages**: I love how easy Mangomint is for my team to learn and use. The interface is intuitive for booking appointments and checking people out. We don't ever hear complaints from our patients regarding booking appointments online or the text messages that Mangomint sends out for us. 

The customer support is incredible. I often have complex reporting questions and the team is often able to find a work around or add in that report to the interface for me. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features to improve the platform.

> **Inconvénients**: I wish there was a dual factor authentication especially from the phones. There are some other random one off issues that would make our lives easier -- like having a history of edits made to a ticket and who made them, not updating the pricing when we open an old ticket, adding a feature so my team can see inventory without editing the inventory numbers, easier way to associate products with specific services. 

We also love reporting -- I think there are additional reporting features that could be added over time to pull more metrics for the clinic and providers.

> Overall I would highly recommend Mangomint. I prefer Mangomint over the other EMR that we use for our surgical side of the office. I am always impressed with the customer support and their problem solving on my unusual requests.

> **Avantages**: I absolutely LOVE Mangomint\! I have tried Booker, Vagaro, Styleseat, Acuity, Phorest, Zenoti, Meevo 2, Wellness Living, and Aura Salon. Mangomint has all the bells and whistles, and has NEVER crashed\! The interface is smooth, glitch free, and not complex to learn. Most importantly their customer service support is top tier. They respond same day, and they actually follow up on your questions and concerns. A major plus is that they actually listen to their beauty professional subscribers and actually implement feature request\!\!\!\! I love how they have treated us over the years. One year  I left to go to Booker, and switched right back to Mangomint a year later. I don't have the capacity to allow a software to make business ownership more difficult. Work smarter not harder. They've sent a representative to my salon and gave us merch and sent us cookies. They really value their beauty professional subscribers.

> **Inconvénients**: I love every feature Mangomint has to offer\!\! We are awaiting for a much needed feature request to auto charge no-shows, and add product variants.

I also really enjoy the two-way text messaging feature because it makes communicating with clients quick, convenient, and seamless. Overall, it helps make the day-to-day management of appointments and client communication much easier.

> **Inconvénients**: The only thing I’d love to see improved is having appointment time adjustments reflect when clients book online, and the option to block certain employees for specific clients. Other than that, I really love the app and find it super easy to use\!

> **Avantages**: C'est simple. Les clients ne se sont pas plaints de la réservation en ligne.

> **Inconvénients**: Il n'y avait aucun moyen de verser un acompte sur le compte d'un client ayant déjà pré-acheté un forfait. Cela rendait le pré-achat presque plus compliqué pour les clients.

> Terriblement. Dès l'inscription terminée, le service client est indisponible. Ils vous diront qu'ils ne sont pas disponibles pour les appels. Dès que j'ai essayé d'annuler, j'ai appris que mon compte serait entièrement supprimé et que je n'aurais plus jamais accès à ces fichiers. J'ai utilisé de nombreux systèmes de planification, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Mangomint vous fait aussi payer des frais supplémentaires, ce qui devient vite très cher.

> **Avantages**: The ease of the software, even if you're just using it at a basic level it's not overcomplicated. All of the inventory tracking is really coming in handy because my business is now going in a new direction and the fact that it actually sends out notifications when it's supposed to.

> **Inconvénients**: The fact that I have to buy credits for text messaging and other things instead of just a flat rate monthly usage. I feel like that could put me in the danger zone and I would end up with an unexpected overage charge.
> 
> From start to finish my experience with implementation had been pretty seamless. Once I finally received the software and got into it it was pretty fantastic.
