Les réponses sont souvent vagues, pas clairs du tout, à se renvoyer la balle entre collègue et tardives, ce qui complique considérablement ces démarches pour nous pourtant cruciales. Aucune communication par téléphone qui raccourcirait grandement le traitement. Après l'onboarding, le support client s'est avéré plus que décevant. En plus, le chargé de compte, après plusieurs mois d'absence, a soudainement réclamé des pénalités de retard de manière insistante. Ca donne vraiment l'impression que cette société c'est son revenu et le reste on s'en fou. Côté plateforme, comme leur support elle est alambiqué, compliquée pour rien de trouver l'information. I can easily track invoices, monitor payments, and seamlessly transfer or deploy funds – all from one place. It removes a lot of the operational friction and lets me focus on the actual work. In many cases, my contractor themselves creates the invoices and transfer the payment. Headache for me = Zero I use it honestly just once a month during to track my payment, that how easy it has made my life. Additionally, though I have not used the feature - Deel advance payment is a good way to ease out if you have a financial burden. It tracks your payment basis the contract and offers 50% of it at any given point in time. I use JP Morgan's Infinity - it was ultra easy to integrate with it? I just had to enter a few details. The smooth integration and implementation gave me a fast transfer option. Fortunately, I did not have to use their customer support yet. So that is a great pointer for them. Overall it is reliable, has advanced capabilities and help me up my efficiency by allowing me to focus on my core work. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing that is specific, its just there are so many features that I sometimes tend to feel lost just to figure things out.
