I am overall frustrated with Google voice. > > **Inconvénients**: You have to open up contacts to change contact information, you can't just change it in google voice, so if you mistype something, it's stuck like that only if you open contacts. There's not an edit button. I am frustrated that there is a 160 character limit for SMS texts. I didn't know this for months because I never received an error message that texts weren't sent. Also, links sometimes don't get sent. I have to confirm and reconfirm if texts were received, and sometimes none of that gets through. It's profoundly frustrating because it's led to missed appointments. There's not even a character count to make sure. I have to open a separate document to make sure I'm under 160 characters. I know this is dependent on the person's cell phone carrier and service at the time, but I feel like there must be a way to fix this. I had to reach out to the google community to find all this out. I'm the only one in my organization to figure this out. > > So frustrated. I have to be really careful when using it.
