> **Avantages**: Easy to use, various systems in one place rather than what we used to use when we had multiple spreadsheets. Allows us to track employee performance and can get things easily signed by the team. It gives us a way to communicate to all staff.

> **Inconvénients**: Set up at start was difficult and didn't get as much support as wished, we were lucky that we had an external HR company set up. Lots of emails also can be frustrating from the support team as some seem automated so its quite confusing.

> Really good and allows us to streamline our HR admin, it also saves us so much time. All the employees are really happy with the platform and find it a much better system.

> **Avantages**: Setting up People HR including Paycircle were easy tasks, the support during implementation was good and we didn't really have any issues. We've since added Expenses, Rewards and other components of the Access software, which is easily accessible using one button. All support is done via their AI chat tool, you can type in 'chat to a person' to raise a case if need be. I find the system intuitive and it has simplified some of our processes. I particularly find the reporting function easy to use and like how People HR automatically talks to our Payroll software, Paycircle. The mobile app makes it accessible to employees that are on the road and makes it easy to do simple tasks such as booking annual leave. Whilst Ripples can be complicated, once you have worked out how to use them they provide a quick workflow to enable tasks to be automated. I tend to use logbooks very frequently and they have been a staple in tracking employee requests.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like to see an upgrade to the assignments, which we currently use to process overtime. The app is great for employees to be able to log their assignments but i would like employees to visually be able to see when assignments have changed status. I would also like to see a change to status when an assignment is entered by a manager, which doesn't require approval, it can make it hard to report on. There is a slight issue when an employee entered an assignment across 2 days, it has been known to duplicate.

> My experience from implementation to every day use is positive, as an administrator i find it easy to change settings. The offering from Access has improved and I look forward to see all of their future changes ahead.

It’s extremely useful for safely storing important employee records such as right-to-work documents and DBS checks, and it helps ensure nothing is missed by tracking expiry dates.&#10;It is also very easy for managers to upload and access training records, which makes maintaining compliance and monitoring staff development straightforward.&#10;Another major benefit is the simplicity of HR processes:&#10;&#10;Employees can easily request holiday through the system&#10;Managers can quickly approve leave and log sickness&#10;Everything is stored in one place, reducing admin time&#10;&#10;Overall, it significantly streamlines day-to-day HR tasks.

> **Inconvénients**: The main issue I’ve experienced is a technical glitch when trying to view stored documents. Occasionally, the system displays an error message such as “oops, something went wrong”, which means you have to log out and log back in before trying again.&#10;While this isn’t a constant problem, it can be frustrating when you need quick access to important records. Improving the stability of document viewing would make the system even more efficient.

It has made HR administration much more efficient by bringing essential processes, such as document storage, holiday management, and sickness tracking, into one easy-to-use platform.&#10;The system has been particularly valuable for maintaining compliance, as it allows us to securely store key documentation and keep track of expiry dates without relying on manual reminders. It also supports both managers and employees by making routine tasks simple and accessible.&#10;Although there are occasional minor technical issues, the overall functionality, ease of use, and time-saving features make it a very effective HR solution.
