The online signup flow could also be more polished, especially when it comes to offering membership options. Right now, if you want to offer something like a Basic Single Membership with different payment terms (month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, annual), it will pop up as a different membership option in the same drop down menu. It would be much cleaner to have those options built into a separate dropdown so the signup page doesn’t feel as crowded or repetitive. > > Overall, it’s been a positive experience.
